I posted in here last week and bought a Fenix 8 pro. Used it for golf this weekend and a workout, loved it.. but this thing has so many features it's overwhelming. Any good ones I might be missing?

I want to buy the fenix 8, I really just want it for golf, running, and my occasional Peleton ride. Is there a huge drop off in quality between the different versions? My front runner is the fēnix® 8 – 51 mm, AMOLED

Appreciate any insight, really just want to know if there's any major features I'll miss out on by buying the middle of the pack version.

Has anyone left a job months after starting because you really didn't enjoy the role / it wasn't what you thought it was going to be?

I took on a new role in the spring but the description is not what I thought it would be. I thought I'd be doing a lot more M&A but it's mostly FP&A work. I'm getting messages from recruiters I have pre-existing relationships with and I'm seriously considering opening my search again.

Is a Masters in Finance even worth it anymore?

I work in corporate development, and I'm thinking about getting my masters in Finance Analytics. It'll cost me $20K over two years after scholarship money.

Anyone with a masters feel like they're in a role they couldn't have got otherwise? Or at least opened doors for them?

How much time do you waste at your desk every day?

I probably sit at my desk day dreaming or surfing zillow for honestly 3 hours a day. In the morning I rip through work, by lunch time I'm checked out.

I feel like we all do this and in open floor plans will police others around us to make sure we're all working.

I'd be shocked if I'm alone on this.

I'm literally on reddit at work right now.

Pairing Salesforce Work Orders to VerizonConnect fleetmatics (api)

Has anyone had any luck with this? trying to improve gross marginal analysis by connecting revenue to GPS tracking. My thought is to set up Geo fences for each customer, but that might be a a lot of manual work

It's obvious, whether it's email, doc review, or some fake excel model claude built.

We all use claude, gpt, etc. we know it when we see it. fine if you use it for your own work, grammar, little things. don't send it to your peer and expect them to give it any more thought than you did
