[Infamous] completed after all these years…

Finally completed infamous after the game sitting on my shelf for probably 5+ years. Almost didn’t go for the platinum after seeing that damn blast shard trophy for collecting 350 but glad to finally be able to say I’ve completed one of the few exclusives left on PS3 that I am ashamed to say I never got around to playing as a kid. Into infamous 2 next even though I am aware the plat is apparently no longer achievable.

2-in-1 ....... MGS: Ground Zeroes + AC: Rogue Completed!

Started Ground Zeroes last year on 8th July and glad to say this one has finally be wrapped up. Definitely was a hassle with all the trial challenges to unlock.

And Rogue was a massive pain in the ass. Complete collectathon and probably about 85% of it was grinding. Rest was the story and was a complete breeze.

Clouds flashing as I run?

Im using Distant Horizon Clouds with Vanilla clouds turned off, but the distant clouds flash as I run and it is extremely distracting. I know i can turn off clouds but i'd prefer them on. Anyway to fix this?

Skyrim Tips?

So I made the decision recently to abandon my PC gaming and jump back isn’t purely console gaming on my old PS3 after years of PC only gaming as I feel with mods, untopimised games on PC and focusing so much on fps and resolution has kind of killed a lot of my enjoyment of the games I play.

Currently in the process of platinuming AC2 but was thinking about playing my brothers copy of skyrim but I am aware of the save bloat issue with the game. (And yes - I know it’s better to just play elsewhere but that’s not what I am looking to do. I’ve played it on pc for years but am wanting to go back to the OG days having a PS3 only experience with my physical game collection)

So other than turning off all the automatic save options, is the game still relatively playable? I see a lot of people say that they never really ran into issues and they’re like level 150+ with a platinum trophy, but others seem to say after about 20 hours the game become unplayable.

Now maybe a lot of those posts were at launch of the game before a bunch of patches, but wanted to get the community view here on the viability of playing on ps3

After around 13 years... I finally completed AC: Revelations

Bought the game when I was a kid alongside AC2 on PS3, but just was never able to enjoy revelations.

Having now 100%'ing AC3 Remaster, AC4 and Revelations, I have to say I really do miss the old AC Storylines INCLUDING MODERN DAY!

There was just something so cool about the creepy modern day conspiracy-like tone that kept everything so engaging. Such a shame that they've strayed so far away from those types of stories....

Anyway, happy to finally get this one done after about 55 hours of playtime (some of which was just waiting for the bank to fill up though for all those damn book purchases).

Started on 30th December 2025 and finished up today. Did take a massive break through after beginning the game but this one didnt actually take as long as I thought it would.

Was definitely annoying though having to track down fixes online to get the DLC to work. As usual, a stupid ass decision from Ubisoft... but what else is new.

Also happy to help with anything as I need to grind to lvl 100 again for the final achievement

Started on 8th July 2025, and just now finished today on the 29th April 2026. Didnt play that entire time as there was a big gap where I didnt touch the game for a good few months.

Feels good to finally say this one is done after a total of 65 Hours. Bought the game back in the day on PS3 and still have another sealed PS3 copy from 2013 as well. This one is a childhood game for me, and it kind of worked out well given AC4 Remake is around the corner. Probably wont pick it up at launch though and instead will try to keep chugging through my backlog.

Doesn't look like the new remake has any hidden blade combat or unarmed combat, which sucks, so at least the OG game will always be there.

How many of you guys have this one done as well??
