‘Tuscan’ Chicken Gnocchi Soup. Creamy tomato soup with lots of veggies, shredded chicken, spinach, parm, basil, sun dried tomatoes, pan fried gnocchi, and finished with lemon juice
How Tuscan is it? Probably not very lol.

Made my grandpa a chocolate fudge birthday cake! … while staying at my mom’s house in the middle of nowhere with very little tools available lol. I used a large plastic bowl as a ‘turn table’, and I was able to find a straight spatula and an icing tip at a local store. Took allll day!
3 layers of chocolate mocha cake, fudge filling and chocolate cream cheese frosting. (used the fudge filling for the drip and it worked pretty well!) I am a ‘retired’ cake decorator (as in I used to do it professionally and have changed careers) I have literally never baked/decorated a cake before with so few tools haha. Was able to borrow a hand mixer that def pre-dates my lifetime from my aunt. Thank god otherwise the icing would have been a disaster 😂

Believe it or not the Sphynx’s main type of prey is a popsicle stick with some ice cream residue. Popsicle sticks cannot hide from the huntress

They didn’t photograph so well, but they were a little addicting! Brown butter pecan cookies with butterscotch chips and flakey salt on top
