Information about the russian paramilitary group Rusichw

Rusich operates with the blessing of the russian state, many times directly cooperating with the russian military.

The image shows their nazi logo.

“Today, Rusich has become a byword for terror, says Candace Rondeaux, a professor at Arizona State University:

"Rusich is one of the pillars of the irregular warfare that the Kremlin has been engaged in since 2014.  Their aim is to terrorise their adversaries by showing off their brutality.

Rusich was close to the Wagner universe and that of the Redut group (Editor’s note: a Russian mercenary group with close links to the intelligence services); they intervened in Syria but also in Libya. It is also a paramilitary group that operates with the blessing of the GRU (Editor’s note: the Russian military intelligence service) and recruits within the Russian ultra-nationalist movement and amongst former Russian parachutists (Editor’s note: also called the VDV).

Since it was created in 2014, Rusich has been seen as a force that carries out complex operations, including reconnaissance missions, sabotage or sniping. Some of their forces are operating behind enemy lines in Ukraine.””

Solidarity with the Peoples of Ukraine and Palestine in Western Countries: Questions of Combat Tactics

Article from the russian partisans Combat Organization of Anarcho-Communists (BOAK) webpage about the similarities between ukraine and palestine, and how we can support the two struggles.

Here’s an excerpt:

”Conclusion

The solidarity movements with the peoples of Ukraine and Palestine in the West, for the reasons described in the article, are of a different nature. For the Palestinian movement, Western countries are an extremely important front, while for Western and post-Soviet anarchists in solidarity with Ukrainian resistance, the struggle in the West is of an auxiliary nature – the main events are unfolding in Ukraine and the post-Soviet space. And yet, these two directions of global resistance are closely interconnected. This is very well written in the CrimethInc. article “Ya Ghazze Habibti — Gaza, My Love: Understanding the Genocide in Palestine“:

“Palestine is deeply connected to the Syrian revolution, the tragedy of Sudan, the revolutionary feminists of Iran, the Rojava revolution, the uprising in Lebanon, the many movements in the Middle East since the Arab Spring, and—more globally—the Stop Cop City and Black Lives Matter movements in the US, the anti-colonial struggles of Indigenous peoples everywhere, the anti-junta resistance in Myanmar, Ukrainian resistance to Russian imperialism, and all struggles for freedom and liberation. We draw inspiration, strength, and lessons from each other. A Palestinian victory in Gaza would send waves of freedom to the farthest corners of the earth, while an Israeli victory will embolden those pursuing violent and genocidal strategies everywhere, strengthen the grip of reactionary and authoritarian alliances over entire populations, and enable them to further crush movements of liberation, whether in the name of “stability” or of “resistance.” If we depend on each other, we had better start acting accordingly. Who knows how much time we have left.”

A victory of Ukrainian resistance over the aggressive empire will open up opportunities for the development of revolutionary prospects in the post-Soviet space. A military failure for Israel will be a step towards the abolition of the colonial, racist project in Palestine and will bring closer the peaceful coexistence of all ethnic and religious groups in that region – together and as equals. The struggle on these fronts of the global revolutionary struggle continues, and it is never too late to become a part of it!”

Today, the 10th of August, marks the one year anniversary of anarchist Davyd Chychkan who was KIA when defending his community from the russian invasion 🫡

“August 10 marks the anniversary of Davyd Chychkan’s death. It has been a year since he left us. It is still hard to believe and impossible to accept.

We invite you to remember Davyd in the coming days. Tell others about him, share a memory, post one of his works, paint a mural or graffiti, organise an action, or simply do something kind. Let’s remember him the way he lived - through art, action, and the people around him.”

Rest in peace to a great artist, comrade and anarcho-syndicalist.

Russian neo-nazi brand lost 80% of their goods in drone strikes 🔥

“Neo-Nazis “Beloyar” Lose 80% of Their Goods in Wildberries Drone Attacks

Russian brand “Beloyar”, linked to the far-right and neo-Nazi scene, says it has irreversibly lost more than 80% of its goods stored at 13 Wildberries warehouses as a result of Ukrainian drone attacks.

According to a statement by “Beloyar”, after the attacks the company was unable to remove its goods from Wildberries warehouses even for an additional fee. The brand also says it has received no compensation and is unlikely to receive any.

Since July 18, Ukraine has carried out strikes on Wildberries’ logistics infrastructure, citing the use of the company’s facilities for military purposes. Wildberries sells components used in the production of Russian drones. The marketplace also had a dedicated section for Russian military personnel — the occupiers of Ukraine.

Earlier, the Russian antifascist initiative Antifa United released “Sport Without Beloyars” T-shirts in response to products made by the neo-Nazi brand.

Following Antifa United’s activities, Russian authorities opened a criminal case against members of the initiative. Bogdan Yakimenko, whom investigators considers to be the organizer of Antifa United, was sentenced to 9 years in prison. Among the charges brought against the antifascists was “pro-Ukrainian anarcho-Marxism,” alongside extremism-related charges.”

“The Rise of “Pure Black” Anarchist Militancy” 🏴

Popular Front has released a new episode about “pure black anarchism”, aka anarcho nihilism (as I understand it).

It’s not my cup of tea, but it’s still interesting:

https://open.spotify.com/episode/02X6MTCSHSd452QpWUyGvn

Unfortunately you have to be a Patreon to listen to the whole episode. If you know of any podcasts about it without paywall, please share it in the thread!

I would also love to hear your thoughts about anarcho nihilism and groups like the Informal Anarchist Federation, Conspiracy of Fire Nuclei etc.
Or historical examples that you have opinions about.

Anarchist dead in russian prison 🪦

“Anarchist dies in a Russian prison.

Dmitry Kuznetsov (Vegano Khristolyub Bozhiy), a Russian anti-war activist, was found hanged in a punishment isolation cell in Russia on April 17. He had previously gone on a hunger strike and warned about the risk of being killed in detention. In February 2025, he was sentenced to three years in prison for anti-war statements.

Kuznetsov identified as an anarchist, vegan, pacifist, cosmopolitan and Christian dissident, and criticized the Russian Orthodox Church. He openly opposed Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, calling it fascist and referring to modern Russian fascism as “rashism”. He called Putin “Putler”, compared the Z symbol to Nazi SS insignia, and Russian propaganda to Goebbels’ methods.

Before imprisonment, he was detained after a solo anti-war protest in Voronezh holding a “No War” sign. He also left farewell videos warning he might be killed in prison.

In the past month, at least five political prisoners have reportedly died in Russia. Deaths in custody remain a systemic issue.”

Important to highlight the domestic, russian resistance. Free them all! ⛓️‍💥

Rest in peace, brother. 🏴🌹🫡

Banned from r/Anarchism by corrupt moderators

I was banned from r/Anarchism for telling one of the mods they were being dismissive. It can’t possibly break any rules, it’s just corrupt mods protecting their sensitive mod friend.

Comment I was banned for:

Since it won’t help me at all contacting the corrupt moderators themselves about this, I don’t know where to go.

Bilingual book depicting ukrainian anarchists fighting the russian invasion 📖

I haven’t actually read it myself, but I’m definitely going to. ☑️
Davyd Chychkan was a great artist, so I’m sure the book has awesome – and horrifying – pictures.
Important to support it as well because of the right wing censorship described below.

Rest in peace to all comrades who have been killed while fighting the russian invasion. ✊🏴🌹

@ilostmylibrary: “With Ribbons and Flags” is a bilingual book about the graphic series of the same name by artist and anarchist Davyd Chychkan. Launched in 2022 and conceived as a work in progress, the series depicted members of anarchist and anti-authoritarian movements who defended Ukraine or had already died with weapons in their hands. Davyd himself was killed on August 10, 2025, while repelling an assault by Russian infantry in the Zaporizhzhia direction.

During Davyd’s lifetime, this series of watercolors was exhibited several times in Ukraine. Specifically, it was presented at a municipal gallery in Uzhhorod in 2022, and in 2023 at a private gallery in Kryvyi Rih as well as at a municipal art center in frontline Zaporizhzhia. In January 2024, this series of portraits of left-wing anti-authoritarians in the military was meant to be presented in its most complete form at the Odesa Fine Arts Museum. However, the exhibition was canceled by the museum director’s decision as an attempt to appease representatives of the city’s right-wing radical faction, who did not want to see their political opponents within the walls of the Odesa museum. De facto, this was an act of political censorship.

The art book “With Ribbons and Flags” contains graphic works from the corresponding series, as well as texts by Hanna Tsyba, Denys Pilash and Yustyna Kravchuk (in Ukrainian and English). The book was produced and funded by Andriy Bozhok @andriy.bozhok in collaboration between the German publishing Verlak and the Ukrainian publishing project ilostmylibrary. Book design by Srefan Klein @stefanklein_org.

Proceeds from the sale of the book will be forwarded to Davyd’s family.

*** As of July 13, the book is available for pre-order. More news on the 13th of one of the upcoming months.”

Greg Stoker — former Ranger and Intelligence Operative for JSOC

Greg Stoker enlisted in 2009, deployed four times to Afghanistan, left in November 2013.
Went on to study at Columbia University.
Is now an outspoken antiwar activist, anti-imperialist, and anarchist. 🏴
Was recently in Israeli detention because of his participation in the Global Sumud Flottilla, an initiative to send humanitarian aid to Gaza.

Picture 1: Greg in Wardak Province, Afghanistan 🇦🇫
Picture 2: Greg in Kandahar, Afghanistan 🇦🇫

The DD214 is the one he himself posted on Instagram.
The last picture is him coming home from Israeli detention.

Since many people question antiwar veterans, especially if they’re leftists, here’s an Instagram post he made about that (and a little more details about his service for those interested): https://www.instagram.com/reel/C03-yLjgy9bb
