Farmers Market Throw Down

I've been to Pearl Street and Sunnyside farmer's markets. Gotta say I'm partial to Sunnyside now because I don't feel like I'm walking the gauntlet and between vendors! We just moved down to Denver from Fort Collins though so hit me with your recommendations and why I'm right or wrong before the season ends. Been a blast trying different places with my wife!

Bigfoot 200 and other similar races... How!

Shout out to the psychopaths who completed this race. I'm in awe. Just saw pictures of my bros legs and feet. Figured I'd ask what other people experience at this distance. He said both big toes are completely numb.

Misaki- 50/50 chance of success or failing.

75 hard has been a master class at getting disciplined. These challenges are always so much better with a group, buddy, in my case a brother to help with accountability. I've also been curious if anyone has looked into Misaki - Japanese word or concept for choosing something you have a 50/50 chance of succeeding or failing (obviously within reason). Deeply personal growth opportunity and not for social recognition. Seems like a community that would have some insight whether it was physical, mental, or other challenge. Physical challenges are easier examples but curious if anyone has much experience with this or advice? I am personally looking to find something quite uncomfortable for me physically, mentally, or spiritually as way to test my resolve/resilience this year.

Denver blessed with 2 days of Noah Kahan

Insane sell out of Coors Field 2 nights in a row! Watching this live with the Rockies and sunset in the background = core memory! Such a freaking talented group on that stage!

Containers - Lets do this right the first time

Bought a lot of bad meal prep containers over the years such as bulky pyrex, toxic plastic, etc. We are in a good place financially right now, working on our health, and looking to dial in our meal prep game for a week at a time. What meal prep containers rock, look cool, non-toxic, and have you landed on as an avid community for meal prepping. We cook a lot of diverse foods, mostly vegan for my wife with food allergies.

Chef knife selection

Zuma black forged 8.25” chef knife. I’ve been doing some research and have intermediate knife skills. Cooking is not my job but really looking to up my game for fun this year. Curious if other people found this to be well made and good value? Open to other recommendations as I’d like to get rid of my old knife block set and build some unique pieces.

Lactose intolerant, allergic, or flatulent HELP!

I've had some good ice cream in my life, but GREAT options are limited if you are allergic to dairy. Has anyone found a best few spots for ice cream? We are near Sloan's Lake. Edgewater Public Market was pretty good but only a few options. Need to branch out!
