Looking for a moddable game.

i really like modding and i have downloaded mods for some games and loved it. i dont really like grindy games like the witcher 3 or skyrim (my friend told me it is grindy). i have never really tested medieval games but i dont think i would like them. The games that i have downloaded mods for are:

Garrys mod (527 hours)

Far cry 5 (284 hours)

Farming simulator 19 (172 hours)

Fallout 4 (140 hours)

Red dead 2 (136 hours)

BeamNG drive (108 hours)

those are the main ones other small ones are:

Teardown (65)

People playground (57)

My summer car (36)

L4D2 (33)

HL2 (28)

FCND (25)

oh and i do like sandboxes but not brickrigs.

Should i buy Fallout 76?

so right now, FO76 is like 75% off on steam so i thought about buying it. i have around 130 hours on FO4 and like 15 on NV. i really like modding the fallouts and i know nothing about fallout 76, i just know that it is the newest in the series. so should i buy it or should i just not buy it. I really like first person shooters (far cry, battlefield, cod and cs) but i dont like games like witcher, skyrim (i think) and those type of games. So should i buy it?
