been eyeing matcha powder in tiktok shop for my daily matcha for a while but i dont know which one should i buy since last time i gave in i did not like it. I have tried the super grocer food and the little retail ph and i just cnat seem to like those (btw im used to drinking MK or YK matchas but its getting expensive as a daily matcha trying to use up my MK as less frequent as possible)

recently i saw “kada matcha” and “moli matcha” which are trending in tiktok shop and im intrigued since they said its better that the super grocer one. If anyone here tried it what was your verdict?

beginner in whop and im confused how to submit a video and analytics in campaigns PLS HELP. I already made a video but i havent posted it since there is “submit in 30minutes” what does that mean

for the analytics should i submit my video if the minimum views are reached since i need to submit a screen shot or recording? or should i just submit it with the low analytics?

hello girlies! for context i was part of a dance team but its been 2 years since i left and after that i have been on & oft with going to the gym usually when I get my red days after that di na ako nakaka balik then nagiging busy).

I find it hard to be active pag red days ko even before na sumasayaw ako and i usually take time off sa training since super bigat talaga and malala ako mag cramps and almost everytime parang lagi ako lalagnatin and pag super need talaga na nasa training ako i try to push thru but need kong breaks kasi nagiging light headed talaga.

but with gym i feel it a lot more for some reason mas nahihirapan ako gumalaw is that normal? should i push through? or like pause my gym when im in my red days? any advices po?

want to be atleast consistent and ngayon super motivated ako pero malapit na din kasi red days ko kaya di ko alam.
