Signing up for training and have some questions

I was an instructor ages ago and want to sign up for training to sub for our HOA Gym when our family instructor is out. Could use your help with questions below?

How often do they have the online live training? Unfortunately, I cannot make the one this month and don't see a next one listed at all?

How much do you get out of the on demand training? back when I did my training it was in person and there was so much energy from doing that, but I don't see any face to face trainings near me.

Would you recommend doing basic training paired up with gold? it's not clear to me if it is a double training requiring twice the time or if each type of Zumba is abbreviated?

Thanks!

For the vinaigrette:

•🍷 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

•🍯 1 tablespoon agave (or honey)

•🥄 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

•🧄 ½ teaspoon garlic powder (or 1 fresh garlic clove)

Mix everything well. Add dressing to your daily portion so it doesn't get soggy.

St. Augustine Beach, FL

How quickly the weather can turn! Beach time cut short, but surely enjoyed the vitamin sea while it lasted.

Reduced-credit bachelor's. Thoughts?

Three-year bachelor's degrees are growing in popularity. In a way, it makes sense that we help students save time and money by earning their degrees earlier and entering the workforce sooner. In addition, many undergraduate seekers are older and have experience in the field they are entering. At the same time, we need to ensure graduates are fully prepared. Thus, it is a delicate balance. What are your thoughts on the 3-year bachelor's?

Advice on plant-based cheese that melts?

Recreated this from a Tik Tok because of how easy it is to add lentils (skip the ground meat), onions/peppers add lasagna pasta broken up, plus salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast. The last step is to add the cheese.I try to eat plant-based and have yet to find a cheese that melts easily and tastes good.
