How do you make your bass lines more interesting? Current WIP for visibility
I am a violinist/fiddler by trade, so I haven’t got much hands-on with rhythm instruments. What kind of advice do you have for people wanting better bass lines?

Hi! I am looking for a couple of people who might be interested in competitive Rocket League. I would describe myself as “good but not great” and ideally, I’m looking for the same type of people so we can do some games/free play and get better together. I’m usually free M-Th around 7:30 CDT, sometimes earlier. No sweats - Think of it like poker for small change night with the boys, except instead of Poker, it’s Rocket League. DMs open!
Hi! I am primarily a fiddler but still classically trained, occasionally take classical-oriented gigs.
I took a wedding gig for the end of May and am having some difficulty finding online resources for violin music WITH piano accompaniment in the form of an eBook so my accompanist and I can use Bluetooth page turners.
The guy who hired me specifically requested “Canon in D” and “Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring” by name, and requested that I make my own selections for the rest, but to keep it classical. I’ve done those two before with paper sheet music. But I had thought about also doing “Ave Maria” and choosing a couple of other random upbeat pieces for a recessional.
Is there a one-stop shop for this kind of thing? Thanks for reading!
