How the ever-loving fuck do I get my first job

Hi all, I'm a high school senior living in the GTA and I've been trying to get a part time job for over a year. I mostly apply online (always through the company website) but have also tried bringing a resume to places (usually being turned away and told to apply online). 90% of the time I get no response from them (not even a "We have chosen not to move forward with your application") and the rest of the time receiving a rejection email (Most recently when applying to the local NoFrills I received an email that my application had made it to an interview that would be scheduled shortly only to be ghosted yet again). Based on the singular interview I've had (where the interviewer saw my lack of job experience on my resume and told me to fuck off) it's because of my lack of job experience. To be clear, I have a full page's worth of volunteer experience some of which will relate to the job I'm applying for (depending on the job). I've also attached my resume in case there's a glaring issue no one has bothered to point out thus far. I really need a job as I'm now $400 in debt to my parents because by cell phone killed itself and I'd rather not have to suffer through the rest of high school and university draining what little savings I have.

Progesterone

I'm currently 16 months HRT on 2mg sublingual e and 12.5mg cypro twice a week. I'm considering starting progesterone at either the 18 month mark or 2 years but I'm curious about y'all's experiences on it. So far HRT has worked well for me and I'm curious about what I have to gain (or lose) from starting progesterone before I bring it up with my doctor
