Rotator cuff advice

I've never had any issues with my shoulders. I think I overdid myself at the gym. I am having some sharp pains in my right shoulder. What are some exercises and steps to heal? I don't want to go to the doctor unless I absolutely need to. I appreciate all feedback! Thanks in advance

Shoulder help

I've been training to do pushups for the last month. I recently found a trainer at my gym and asked for some advice on my form and exercises to help me out. With his stretches and help on my form I was able to do 10 in a row, when before I could only do 2. The next day I was a little sore but not bad. I waited 3 days to do any pushups or arm workouts to give my upper a break. When doing warmup pushups my right shoulder had some pain on the side and front. I could not even make It half-way down nor do knee pushups. I quit, stretched, and did legs. Another 3 days later I was able to do an upper day with no pain until the end of my workout. It's been 2 days since then and I am back to the pain with my pushups and can't do 1.

I am looking for what steps I should take next or advice in general. I am asking on reddit because I feel this is not serious enough to bring to my doctor since it's something that does not hurt 24/7.

I am definitely afraid I won't be able to do 10 again but I don't think strength works like that, lol. I thank you in advance

Mixing coolant

My coolant reservoir was below the "low"; the color should be blue. A few drops of red were added, just wondering if it's okay to drive or if I should get it flushed entirely. I feel like it'll be okay but I also know nothing lol

Testing

I want to apply to some apprenticeships and most you need to take a mechanical aptitude test. Some require a workkeys test for math, literacy, and workplace documents. I have been out of high school for 7 years so definitely a little nervous. What are the tests like and what are some study guides? Appreciate any information!

Suggestions

I need suggestions for some wireless headphones (no apple products). I will be landscaping and I have pretty small ears so I will need something sturdy that won't fall out as I will be extremely active.

In the past I have had wireless beats solo and I loved them but they fell out ALL THE TIME. My budget is $250, I am willing to up the price if I absolutely need to. I need the battery to last minimum 12 hours

Coffee alternatives

I am looking for a coffee alternative and am having trouble finding one. I've tried matcha but the caffeine content doesn't compare to coffee. I also would rather not drink a redbull at 5am lol

I need advice

I need advice/opinions. I have been with my gf since we were 18 and we are now 23. I feel like I am ready to be better and better my life. I am starting to go to the gym, stop vaping, and stop smoking weed. My partner is the complete opposite. She was supposed to call a college to get more information for the past month. Instead, she gets high after work and forgets and then doesn't feel like it. I have gotten on her about calling them but I obviously can't make her. I feel we don't motivate each other anymore. On the other hand, I don't see my future without her. I love her with all my heart and would take a bullet for her but I feel we are outgrowing each other. My love for her is so strong and I want to keep growing with her but I'm not even sure how- I feel we are in different stages of life.

[Routine help] What is your routine?

What is everyone's routine in the AM/PM with products used? I am trying to up my Skincare routine and need some suggestions. Currently I use Vanicream face wash and moisturizer, la roche posay retinol once a week, Byoma hydrating recovery oil and toner.

I am also looking for recommendations on face sunscreens. The last 3 I have tried broke me out. I appreciate any guidance and suggestions as I am new(ish) to skincare :)
