My doc recommended Novuma but I've been scared of biostimulators ever since I read up horror stories on Radiesse

TLDR: I saw some comments that successfully got a good bargain (like free repair) after emailing Samsung's CEO.

In March, about 1-2 weeks after I did the software update, the dreaded green line appeared on my phone. I went to the nearest samsung service center and they changed my battery & glass which cost me about RM1k.

A few days ago, it entered the reboot loop (I did the software update in the freezer about 1-2 weeks ago). I sent it to samsung to inspect and they said it's a motherboard problem. To repair it, it costs RM600, and to replace a new one it'd cost RM2k.

Since I've already spent 1k on the previous repair less than 2 months ago, and I've already suspected the motherboard would be the next issue, I agreed with the repair. They won't charge me if it's unsuccessful.

Still, I'm pretty irritated with how samsung has gone downhill as a brand. I feel that the s22 line is problematic, but they can't admit that openly and so if you complain individually, they tend to take the initiative to resolve it. That too amidst all the ongoing lawsuits. If there is anyone who had successfully sent the email,it'd be helpful if you can share what you wrote
