FridgePower Working Mode: Time Control UPS...how do you set or is there a bug in the app?

I thought if you set a time range for discharge it will discharge without drawing from the grid until the min SOC is met. And likewise if you set a time range for charge it will charge (instead of pass through) until the max SOC is reached. What am I missing here?

Noob question...panel came with 4 of these holes. The rail clamps I ordered doesn't look like it's for those...so what are they for?Also I thought newer panels came with pre drilled grounding screw holes but don't see any here.

Is it NEC requirement that both solar panels (ground mount) and combiner box be grounded to main panel. And each must have its own separate grounding wire?
