So context first real quick. I work in a group of 4 IT personal for a 7 site ~300 user place(I can wear whatever hat I need whether that be helpdesk, network, admin, handyman, with the occasional stand up comedy act) And im fairly new to this. The main office lost power and was on the generator. Tiny little thing just suitable enough to keep the vaccine fridges and central server room powered. Management wanted to work through it (understandable enough) I get in an hour before end users show up to see if it's just a simple breaker. (Of course not) the end users show up and start asking questions like what do I say to patients because we have no power(go ask your supervisor) then the end users start moving workstations to the gen power and some of the lights we have on gen power start showing how strained the generator is. (Light going bright then dark and back again) the server room keeps clicking from generator to battery backups. My coworkers and I are running around trying to get everyone to change their workflow. Started throwing laptops out like candy and all the end users can do is complain about how "one screen is not what they're used to" "how do I connect my mouse to this" yes I know end users ask stupid questions. But the lack of mental effort in my end users little heads during an emergency situation is almost unbelievable. had I not seen it with my own eyes, I would not have believed it. Reading this back it does not sound like much but in the moment of stress and being pulled away by every single end user walking down the hallway needing something to make their life comfortable. And not a single one of them understanding that the whole of the company is about to go internet dark if the generator goes out. I even explained that to some of them. And they cared even less then. None of them seeing beyond their own little slice of paradise and "oh I guess I can go home" attitude. It truly pissed me off and I feel like I am a very patient person. So 1pm rolls around and the nightmare ends. Only cleanup to do from all the chaos. And there are only 2 people that even thanked the IT team. And there were 50ish end users there in the office. Rant over. just a friendly neighborhood IT guy appalled by his end-users right now.

So I changed the wifi name and password at the church I go to about an hour ago, to match the church's name and also make the password easier to share but (still safe), but it is now not letting people connect to it

We use EE and have their basic router they send. Any help will be highly appreciated
