I deleted 12 videos (average 1 minute long each)

System data 1gb increase
Video space decreased 1.5gb
Total space available decreased by .05gb

I closed all apps and turned my phone off and on again between 2:47 and 6:50 to empty cache.

I did not use phone between 6:56 and 7:30, but system data increased by .15gb

I downloaded NOTHING in this sequence of events.

I have screenshots of each step along the way, but cannot fit them all in this post, so this is just the beginning and and end.
