Hi! I’m flying D1 from MSP-ICN right now it’s a lovely flight. My mother died on Monday and my boyfriend left me on Tuesday. All I can do right now is listen to my favorite song on repeat and bawl my eyes out. The FA is cautious but nice.

Hello, newer relationship here. We’re still just getting to know each other and are going to take a weekend trip together. Will be sharing a standard hotel room with one bathroom. As a bottom, what is the general practice of douche and or preparing for sex? How do you maintain that level of privacy when you’re in such close quarters. Your insights are greatly appreciated. Hello, I just moved to a small rental community in Phoenix, Arizona. On the exterior perimeter of the parking lot there is a wall that fully surrounds the property, the only way in and out of the wall is either by a car or a single pedestrian gate.

There is a gate for vehicles to get in and out that requires a code to be entered or a key fob to open the gate.

There’s a small pedestrian gate to the right of that that requires a combination key code on a box above the door handle. You need the code to get both in and out. My parents think because the code is required to exit the pedestrian gate to leave the community that this is a fire hazard. The property manager says it’s for the security of the community.

Is this legal? It doesn’t really affect me that’s much but now I’m worried in case of emergency.

Hello, this is a bit of a weird one, but probably not unusual. Looking for guidance. I closed on my home on June 28. This is the second home that I ever owned. I used a local mortgage broker, and the loan was originated and in the name of their company. On July 6, I got a notification that the mortgage was sold to one of the national servicers. I have received no communication from the new servicer at all, whether in email, writing, or otherwise.

My first mortgage payment is due on August 1. When I enter my loan information on the servicers website, it just comes up with no account found. I need to get this paid ASAP so it does not negatively affect my credit. Any ideas on what to do?

I live about a mile from a strip of car dealership dealerships on a main road. I just bought a new house with a relatively steep driveway to the garage. My current car scrapes every time I go in.

If I go to test drive a new car with the intention of buying, will the dealer let me take it to my house to see if it will scrape? Of course the salesperson will join. Have you had the situation before?

Charitable organization? Trying to get everything in order and at a loss of where I should leave my home, savings, and other assets.

Hello, can anyone direct me on where to find resources to get Prep/Yeztugo in the valley? I do not have a PCP but have full health insurance. I am not sure where to start. There are a ton of online clinics that offer Prep availability, but I do not want to do the pills. I am more comfortable taking the injections in person.

Hello, I am moving to Roosevelt Row from Gilbert and wanted to know what people’s opinions on Track Fitness club on Roosevelt are. It looks like a nice place. What’s the vibe inside? Is it LGBTQ friendly? Does it get pretty busy. I currently go to EOS so i am wanting something a little less crowded in general but don’t know what to expect downtown.

I would like to go out to eat this evening. But be around people. For the last couple of weekends going out at 5 PM means being in an empty dining room. Due to family work schedules eating out at the 5pm hour is the only time that works. Would love something upbeat, busy, and fun. Cuisine type or price range not important.

Hey guys - at work we do project retrospectives and lessons learned to understand what went wrong (and went right!) during complex project execution.

Divorce feels like that. An overwhelming, complex project rife with pitfalls and the chance for major issues to arise.

For those who have gone through a legal divorce can you share some lessons learned? What would you have done differently? What would you share with someone just starting this journey?

So it was widely shared that the “First Fridays” official event is cancelled. What will happen this upcoming Friday (5/1)? Will there still be vendors? Will shops and restaurants be doing something special? Any live music?? Or is it just done done.
