Ki > Punch Theory
This theory says that the Ki users can hit MUCH harder with their Ki attacks than with punches.
I would list all the examples leading to this, but that's something I want to save for a project of mine. For now, I'll use the best examples I can come up with at the spur of the moment.
Goku can lift just under 10 tons of each limb, so 40 tons during the Buu Saga. Multiply that by the SSJ forms, (50x2x4=400) and we get 16,000 tons.
Vegeta can destroy planets in the Saiyan Saga.
I won't even bother with the math comparison.
BUT WAIT!!!
When Beerus fought Goku for the first time, they nearly destroyed the universe with a punch on punch!! Doesn't that disprove the theory? (
Unlikely, but that's a fair point to discuss.
When we see the destruction happen to objects across the universe, we see it being faded away via some kind of energy, not fragmented or ripped apart by space itself being destroyed. That punch had to result from their Ki.
Anywho, feel free to add to this theory, disprove this theory with evidence, or even call me Captain Obvious.
At what point do you think Goku can match a Supernova?
We know that the first time planetary destruction was ever a thing was during the Saiyan Saga (Shout out to Roshi destroying the moon, which is about 1/81 of the Earth) and we SUPER know Goku could tank a supernova in Super because he can deliver (and therfore tank) the destruction of Universe 7 (about 1500x our universe).
So... when do you suspect Supernovas where his equal?
NOTE: The guidebooks clarify that Cell could destroy our solar system, and that mainly means he can destroy the Sun, mass wise. Doing so is worth 1/50,000,000 of a supernova.
If Cell could match a supernova, this isn't the feat he needs to prove it.
If your going to sell cosmetics can you make sure your shop... actually work!?
reddit.comOpinions on Unarmoed Defense feat if WotC put it in a official book?
A couple of my friends heard a rumor that WotC might do this & they had this argument,l. Seeing as I don't care enough to argue for or against either side, I pose this question to the community!
P.S. Try not to quibble about the feats' exact wording if something is wacky, I'm not a multibillion dollar company, lol.
The Feat:
Mental Defense (Origin)
While not wearing armor or a shield, your AC can equal 10 + Dexterity mod + the Ability Score of your choice.
Mental Defense (Prerequisite level 4)
You increase intelligence, wisdom, or charisma by +1.
While not wearing armor or a shield, your AC can equal 10 + Dexterity mod + the Ability Score you increased with this feat.
When making a new PC, how do you typically start?
I know the real answer is a mixture of both, but I'm talking about the VERY first part of the character.
Let's use (Norse) Kratos & Darth Maul as examples
(Norse) Kratos is 100% Personality 1st. He's a dad with a torchered past who wants to raise and protect his son. Then, you can mechanically add his strength, powers, weapons, and hopefully some protective abilities for his son.
Darth Maul is 100% Mechanics first. Scary ninja devil wizard with a cool sword who slays the teacher figure. The franchise eventually made him a machiavellian sith trying to avenge his family & even pragmatic enough to team up with old enemies.
Both options are good, I just wanna know how the majority of this subreddit works.
How do we get to Zygos...?
I'm not new to the game, but this map still confuses my from time to time.
Do we need to take Cirrus first...?
