Trying to change my Team Personality to Professional. Which players do I need to sell or which players need to be influential?

Trying for 3 seasons now and failing. Currently my team personality is "Very Determined". It kept hovering between that and "Determined". I already sold all the Team Leaders who had Fairly Determined personality, made the Resolute guy the captain and bought bunch of new players with high Professionalism. But it still refuses to change to Professional.

Anyone know how the game determines the Team Personality?

In FM24, is it possible to buy a player who doesn't want to join you "due to the rivalry that exists with his favored current club"?

I'm playing as Athletic Bilbao. Loaned a 16 year old from Real Sociedad for 2 seasons hoping he'll be willing to join me when he turns 18. He developed brilliantly, and finally turned 18.

However, he's still not willing to enter contract negotiations because he "isn't prepared to join A. Bilbao due to the rivalry that exists with his favored Real Sociedad".

This is so bullshit because his loan with me is so successful that in his information tab, his "favored clubs" is A. Bilbao, and it doesn't list Sociedad there at all. Plus, I bought another Sociedad player just fine.

Is this a lost cause? Has anyone ever managed to make a player like this change his mind? I'm trying to decide whether to stop developing an insane wonderkid for my rival club and let him rot in the reserves or continue playing him in the hopes he'll change his mind before his loan ends (it's August now, his loan ends next July so he still has a season left).

Not sure if this is relevant but Sociedad renewed his contract a few months ago while he's still on loan with me.

Series where the MC goes undercover in a criminal organization but ended up staying there

MC went undercover, but ended up unable to get out of the criminal organization and forced to live life as a criminal. Could be the MC was betrayed by his/her employer, or the handler died, so no one knows the MC actually is an undercover agent.

I would prefer a female MC, but I know this type of plot mostly has male MC, so I would at least like one where a female character has a prominent role.

Preferably English, Korean or Japanese speaking series. Examples I can give is very old Kdramas: Time Between Dog and Wolf and Heartless City. Thanks in advance.

When applying for a job, can you ask to start next season and not immediately?

I got bored managing a big club and won everything, so I'm thinking to manage Athletic Club for the Basque players only challenge. Followed the club and now got notified they sacked their manager. Thing is, it's December and I don't want to be an arsehole to my current club and leave mid season. Is there an option to start next season when applying for the job?

Is it safe to keep the dongle for wireless headset G435 always plugged into the usb port?

When I use it, sometimes I'd use the dongle to watch videos on my PC or play games but I would also use it with my phone, which means I'll switch the wireless mode to bluetooth. Although I don't use the headset that often, it's so easy to lose the dongle since it's so small and I have no case for it, so is it just fine if I leave the dongle on my PC usb port, without ever disconnecting it? It won't somehow degrade the dongle quicker?

Didn't know what took so long for my local online bookstore to get the manga, but it finally arrived today! I started learning Japanese years ago to read Bookworm, but the official translations have long finished before I reached enough proficiency to be able to read the LN.

But now my Japanese is good enough for me to read the manga physically without any OCR program. I'm glad there's still more Bookworm content for me to enjoy; all that hardwork learning Japanese is worth it 🥹
