1903A3:$590 (after stock and such it’s around $800 now)
As of right now my FFL/gunsmith friend has the 1903A3 to remove the front sight blade and install the front barrel band as i cannot remove it with a simple punch and dont wish to damage the rifle. I also installed a worn, but still usable, 1907 sling on the rifle that i won off ebay for $35 a few weeks ago along with another one i had that was a bit rougher on my SCW mosin.

My friend found this at the last 17 mins of the auction and only had one bid. I said fuck it and decided to bid...never expected to get it for such a low price but i know that ski/bike sling slot swivel is 100-200 ALONE with these rifles being 600-700 usually

Just won my first M1903A3 Springfield via gunbroker for ~$600. I already have a friend sending me a spare stock to use on mine.
Ive shot one before and loved how it handled and decided to go for this, especially since I’ve seen bubba’s 1903A3’s go for $600+ (not including tax and such)

Update: 590 total for the rifle with shipping and such. Friend wants 80 for the stock so should be around the ~$700 range

Over a year ago i got the Ethiopian K98k from RTI when they were actually a decent price. As you can see the stock is dried out and i would like to reoil it to preserve the wood if possible
I read that boiled linseed oil is the best route for doing it. Is that true and if so how would you apply it to the stock?

Found a listing for a local website where a guy is selling 2 Mexican mausers for $1200 total. The carbine is 1910 dated, long rifle is 1912 dated with a low serial number

Ive already spotted a finnish M91 (or dragoon), Beretta pistol, 1914 pistol, a tokerev, no 4 mk 1 enfield, m44 and a CZ 52.
Edit: just called the front desk of the PD to see what they do with them. Per “city code” they have to destroy them. The front desk guy was one at the buyback and said the oldest date on the rifles he saw was 1916.
I was browsing a local gunsite and found a local selling 3 mausers.
One that caught my attention was the one on the bottom which is a 8mm israeli mauser. Seller states that its a FN contract and matches. How rare are these rifles? he wants to sell it for 1200
Top rifle is a German made, Norwegian 30-06 converted mauser with a KNM mark with bolt matching the rifle. price is 1000
Middle one is a standard 7.62 nato Israeli mauser with matching bolt. price is 1050
Any extra info on these rifles would be appreciated.

What do you use? Ive seen people say use chalk, wax pencils, crayons and acrylic paint.
Was looking at my emails a little bit ago and saw a gun on my watchlist got an updated description and this is what it said. Glad the owner was able escape the fire but sadly the same couldnt be said about the rifle.
Once again i got another finnish mosin for under market value ($400). The blued bolt body caught my eye since i know those come from german captured mosins so i can at least talk about german captured mosins now lmao.
The 1916 receiver was a nice surprise to me as well as the early cocking piece with the numbers on it. Unsure about the black stuff on the stock but assuming its dried out oil. Tried to sweat it and nothing happened.
Both events took place at the lake. No meta paranoia took place. Day 32 in story mode
Event 1: i forgot to take photos but the first event was 4-6 moving meat gibs coming towards me and throwing themselves at me. unsure what that was about or what caused it
Event 2: this weird light at the lake. i went out to it (very smart i know) and nothing happened but the hole on the bottom of the lake was trying to pull me down but i managed to get away.
Bonus event: Heard weird crying/sniffing at Romeo. I have a clip of it but its literally the HL2 sniffing/crying sound that the typical gmod horror map uses.
Ok who stole my tower. im not mad just disappointed.
