The model is BenQ EX271U. I have reached support but they have been unhelpful. I have tried different cables and a different laptop. I have to boot up my Xbox to clear the issue every single time. I've updated the firmware as well but didn't fix it. It's more stable if set on a 1280 x 720 resolution, if that helps.
ZTE MC801A on Smart Home Wifi/Unli1299 keeps restarting when I hit certain sites, especially Reddit. Already did troubleshooting: Factory reset, latest firmware, swapped the power adapter, and reset my browser settings. VPN doesn't fix it either.
Only happens on my all my devices. Both are on the same network.
Is it the router or Smart?
For context: I own a BenQ EX271U that supports USB-C DP Alt Mode, which I've been using with my ThinkPad E14. Works great for 4K display + charging.
I just got a MacBook Neo and it has 2 USB-C ports - only 1 supports DP Alt Mode, the other is limited to 480Mb/s data transfer.

I've checked StarTech, Anker, UGREEN, ORICO, etc. but can't find solid confirmation that their USB-C ports actually support DP Alt Mode. If you have experience with a dock that ticks these boxes, I'd really appreciate the recommendation.
