Me and my S/O are considering camp ground hosting instead of moving out to an apartment
We were given this option recently and we’ve been weighing the pros and cons. We’ve lived together in closer spaces before and it overall maths out to be an economically advantageous opportunity. We’ve got a budget that would let us lease out a pretty decently sized Rv somewhere between $300-$600 a month. We’ve been looking at destination class and fifth wheel trailers all 28ft+ that sleep two and would have basic living quarters stuff like an oven, full fridge, big sink etc. We would also limited to a 30amp hookup (with a 20amp supplementary). Another key point is that the “camp ground” we’d be hosting is more accurately described as a boat ramp with a public bathroom and 6 or so primitive campsites, so responsibility and upkeep wouldn’t really be that much on top of our current full time jobs (my job requires minimal physical/mental bandwidth and hers has all weekends off)
