I’ve used Sezzle Pay in 4 often, but we’re in a situation this month where an unexpected car repair has wiped us out, and I don’t get paid again until August 31. So, in my scrambling, I remembered I have quite a bit of “Spending Power” in my Sezzle account that I can access if I join Anywhere. Any reason why I shouldn’t? Do you find it useful and worth the 20.00 a month?

My husband and I are about to become empty nesters, and I can't wait to get rid of the kid-friendly junk in the house (my child was and remains a picky eater -- frozen waffles, Goldfish, pizza, etc.). My husband and I have different health needs (husband is a super-skinny pre-diabetic and I need to lose weight but am otherwise healthy), so I'm looking at prepared meal delivery. I used to do Factor, but I don't know if that will have enough options. I'm sure you get posts like this all the time, but what would you suggest for weekly prepared meals for 2 older adults?

It was recommended to me that I buy a pair of Blundstones for my son, who is moving from FL to NJ for school. I need to know what style is best for snow/slush. Thanks!

Five years ago when I started my Etsy shop, I read that you would be higher in the search if you offered free shipping for orders over $35. I have had that policy for the full five years. However, now it is biting me in the a*s on large items (I sell vintage glass and china). This morning I shipped a large Pyrex stock pot that the customer paid $70 for. Because I had to cover the shipping, I made a whopping six bucks on the sale. So, my question is, is everyone offering free shipping? And at what price point? Higher than $35? All comments welcome!

A large real estate company acquired Divvy Homes through a private equity fund in January 2025 and now manages all of Divvy Homes' properties. We moved out of our rent-to-own Divvy Home on February 22, 2026, at the termination of a one-year lease extension. We filed all necessary paperwork to do so ("Notice to Vacate"). In return, we received an email that said we would receive all due escrow funds within 45 business days.

Following the move-out, we received no confirmation of receipt of the keys or any other communication. On March 1, I was charged rent for the house even though we no longer occupied the property. It took many phone calls to resolve the issue and get the rent money returned. The house was listed for rent on Zillow on March 16, 2026.

I called Divvy multiple times about the remaining escrow funds, always speaking to the same representative. During our last call on May 19, 2026, he acknowledged that we were owed around $13K of the escrow funds, but that the "system" keeps charging us rent and believes we are in default. He always says he will call me with an update, but never does. Subsequent calls to Divvy have gone unanswered. This morning (6/11/2026), I received a letter saying we owed back rent for April, May, and June, along with all associated penalties. In addition, we were charged for damages we were not made aware of, as there was no walkthrough or communication following our move-out. Long story short, we had 22K in equity, and the company now says we owe them 500.00.

I have the emails and paperwork showing that we have not lived in the home since February. A public search of the property address clearly shows it was listed for rent 3 weeks later. Do I have any recourse?

I’m a part-time reseller, mainly of vintage china and glass. I list on Etsy and eBay. I’ve been exploring WhatNot as a platform — attended shows, purchased a few things, and did one short show.

My take? You have to be getting inventory super cheap to make any money on WhatNot. One of my items went for a quarter of what I would have listed it for on Etsy. I see this in other shows I watch. Also, these folks have SO much vintage inventory—my show had 21 items and lasted 30 minutes. I watched one seller do a show for over FOUR HOURS.

I guess my fundamental question is— Is WhatNot only good for resellers with large inventories? People who buy, for example, storage units and pallets?

I’d love to know what other resellers think about the platform.

I’m a PT reseller on Etsy and eBay, mainly vintage china and glass. I’m tired of hunting around for boxes. What sources do you use for bulk packing supplies? Thanks!
