Can I do real estate on the side or is that considered a conflict of interest?

Working to get my real estate license and to do realty very part time on the side.

Is this something that would need to be reported or considered a conflict of interest?

We will be visiting Oct 16 - 18th. I have us going to a Michelin star restaurant called “Le Clan” on the 17th but not sure what else to do during our stay. What do you recommend?

We are a thirty year old married couple from New England visiting for a weekend.

We like music, comedy shows, being active, good food, and history. I know there’s probably more than enough to do by exploring the city but is there anything specific you recommend for that weekend?

looking forward to exploring the city, taking in its beautiful views, historic charm, and culture.

Artwork at the museum was beautiful.

This is titled “El Jaleo” and definitely recommend seeing it in person.

Canvas print with frame included.

size: 34 1/4 x 24 5/8 in.

did I overpay or worth it?

I’m planning on investing $50 every weekday into VOO and $15 every week day into QQQ is that a good idea?

equals to about $325 a week and also planning on investing another $250 total every week split into GE, Amazon, NVDA, google, 3M, TSM, WDC, LMND, TSLA, and TDD

what are your thoughts? Too tech heavy? Looking at a total of $575 a week into stocks.
