O&R bill doubled. Anyone els?
I know it’s hot outside right now, but my auto debit just went through for the last billing cycle and my O&R bill is double any previous month including any month from last summer.
Anyone else experiencing this?
Context: ~1250 sq ft townhome. Bill typically $244. Last billing cycle was ~$450

What’s the deal with Bristol?
Background: Looking into 55+ independent living for my parents who have recently retired. We are NY suburb folk (45 mins north of NYC) and have family in Bensalem they want to be close to
A new development in Bristol caught my eye - Silver Lake Reserve
It’s affordable ($4-500s)compared to the rest of the options ($650+) I’m seeing in Bucks County and piqued my interest. One friend (has lived in Newtown for 20 yrs) said “Bristol is for druggies” and another trusted friend (grew up in Langhorne) said that they’re trying to gentrify the area, but he wouldn’t personally consider moving there.
So, I’m here to ask - what’s the deal?
- Is Bristol that bad?
- Is the area changing or there’s no hope?
Don’t want to have my parents commit to this community and send them into a bad area. Looking for honesty and advice. Thank you!

My follow up test is being done July 2nd (this week) and my membership ends July 9th (next week). Will I still get my results?
I know there’s a delay in interpretation and getting the clinician notes. Does anyone know how this would be handled?

Reasonably priced gardener or landscaper?
Just over the border in Rockland and looking for some recommendations, but I’m not entirely sure if I need a landscaper or some gardening help to improve aesthetics
Have a blank canvas (no major cleanup) and was thinking to put some boxwoods/low lying border shrubs in. Just not really sure what I'm doing, but know it's not a huge project in scope or physical size (small house w little land).
No grading, resloping, drainage issues.
Anyone you'd recommend that has some knowledge and won't break the bank?

World Cup promo - Stood in line just for them to run out of chicken, honey chicken, and Barbacoa. Was told to come back in 30 minutes while they cooked, so I came back in 15 and they had already run out again. Felt bad for the workers.
