South Austin Realtor recommendation?
Thinking of trying to sell my South Austin home (78745) and am looking for realtor recommendations. I know the market is shit and I'd be looking to prepare to put it on the market next spring probably. Looking for someone to advise on how to prepare for that - repairs, painting, staging etc. Anyone have any good luck?

Where are all the squirrels?
Visiting Minneapolis this week and noticed something missing -squirrels. Didn’t see them running across the road or in any parks. In Austin TX they are everywhere. Are they hiding in peoples’ yards? Just seems weird…

Chinquapin Oak - Central TX - root girdling?
I had this chinquapin oak planted about I guess 10 years ago now and it never really took off. I thought it was due to being so close to a large live oak and a vitex and it was being out competed. But recently I noticed the root curling around the trunk and am wondering if it was just planted improperly. It gets enough water (I think) and I've mulched and composted around it. Is there anything I can do at this point and at is age to help it thrive? Or is it just too late?
