I found this little piece of metal with enamel depicting two white bunnies fucking(?) I think. Looks like it could have been a pin, though it must be broken then cause there is no way to pin it.
My question is, what does it mean? Is it some sort of logo of a brand or an organization or does it have some meaning in some culture? Also why does the one in the front look so sad?
I gotta give credit where its due. The response time from this company is quick. I sent the email only adding that I wanted to return the other kit I had purchased with this...

We do provide each kit with approximately 130% of the required drills to account for minor loss during the process. However, in your case, it does seem likely that there was a packing or production oversight for DMC 3853, and we sincerely apologize for that inconvenience.

So recently I purchased this and I received the wrong drills for one code. No biggie, things happen. I email and get a quick response saying they will send.
Perfect... it's gonna take another 8 weeks but it'll be done before the end of June. Then i get 3/4 way done and I run out of a color. Ive never had this happen with make market or paint with diamonds. So i send another email expecting the same result. I was wrong. I recieved this...

I am NOT happy. This was supposed to be a gift for a friend's birthday and now it'll be months late. I plan on sending this but im might be overreacting....
I will finish and let you know all the drills im missing. In the future you should do better about providing your customers with ALL items thats are supposed to be in product you provide so you dont have to send them multiple times. Im being forced by you to wait to finish, and then ANOTHER 8 WEEKS to get the items that shouldve been in order to begin with. This was a present for a friends birthday in June and because of your lack of quality control, I need another plan.
Any advice? This canvas was $40ish so I expected better than dollar store. I will NOT be ordering from them again.
They got back to me early monday about the drills that I received that were wrong. They sent an email early this morning saying they've shipped them put and gave me a tracking number. I may finish this before my 3371's actually get here, but im thankful and happy they responding so quickly!
Finally figured out my frame design and finished! Had to fudge the corners a little since they didnt line up well, lesson learned for next time. Thanks for all the advice, hubby's just gotta hang it now.
So im on a journey to find a dp company that works for me, there are so many. This is my first time ordering from dpp and think it moght be my last.... here's why.
The canvas itself seems like decent quality. Its poured glue and looks accurate to picture. I have no real preference between poured and tape. I really like that the color chart is on both sides of canvas, even though its not a very large one. It came with just a very thin plastic sheet over the glue and no outer wrapping (the tube of plastic the canvas is usually in) which seemed strange, but it didnt affect the canvas, and less plastic is always better.
The drills came in plastic bags with labels, except one was very wrong. They also weren't closed well so there was some scattered drills falling out when I opened, but not too many. Ive reached out regarding the incorrect drills and am waiting to hear back, I'll keep you updated.
The tools it came with are standard but the tray is larger and deeper than the other companies I've tried so far. Im not one to buy extras (at least not yet) so this is a lovely upgrade.
Ive started it and so far everything's going well besides the drill exchange im waiting on. It seems a little spacey but it could be the missing drill, and its minor.
Overall, I paid $85 for two kits, this and a large mystery art kit. It took awhile to get here as expected, almost 8 weeks and arrived looking worse on the outside than in. Ive ordered from make market and paint with diamonds and I feel this is kinda pricey comparatively. Also, we will see how the drill exchange plays out. While I feel this is a step up from make market, its definitely lower quality than paint with diamonds.

I recently ordered from diamond painting pro for the first time. More pros and cons to come but wanted to warn if you order from them, double check! I reached out to customer service and hope they just send the right ones. Will update if and when I get a response. First time this has happened to me so not sure if this is something that happens often.
