As you may already know, Anti-Kingston hates Kingston the most, and wants to destroy his life. However, there is still more to it that people may not know. (Okay so a friend of mine asked me if AK was evil, to which I responded with this) He is evil yes, but this is mainly because of his creation, being a manifestation of Kingston’s bad traits, toxic thoughts, past mistakes, and fueling off his low self esteem. While AK acts and does things that are/maybe opposite to what Kingston does, some things like sneaking, lying, angry outbursts, etc, are things that Kingston has done and keeps doing. It’s just AK is more evil and exaggerated.

So yeah AK is bad and likes what he does, but at the same time he doesn’t have a choice due to Kingston’s inability to improve…until later ofc. Similar to Nega Scott, AK is unfortunately Kingston’s inner darkness. See you may think Kingston is entirely just a chill nice guy, but there’s a bit more to him that he wants to hide.

Yes I’m still hard at work putting KINGSTON in RIVALS OF AETHER! …Hopefully I can release it this month. Tried to do it in early July…which naturally didn’t go as planned. But I’m getting closer to completion and that’s all that matters

Yep, this character named Scoop has a compatibility where he can pull out a a frozen treat based on the characters on field, as long as they have a sprite of said frozen treat in their files. I decided to take the time to give Kingston a treat too. Never drawn a frozen treat before, so this was pretty good ngl

I’ll be posting animations tomorrow…fighting sprites and whatnot :)

I mean yeah he already had one…I guess, but I thought he could look less cartoony than his usual style, and give him a more serious appearance. Honestly I think I nailed it. Btw I’m doing all of this on Pixilart

Yeah so when you respawn…Kingston straight up is DEAD, and is shown as a spirit. (obviously you can turned back to normal if you move around or the respawn timer is over)

Dark idea, yeah. But unique? Oh absolutely!
