Im still struggling to accept it but

The only fear I face in starting HRT is the perception that others will have of me. The way others will treat me and while that's fair it has nothing to do with my mentality. I want to face this as the person I know I deserve to be. I will not let others opinions hold me back.

Irritation bump follows my piercing

Hey y'all I have an odd one that's making me feel a little crazy. So I've had my bridge done for just over 2 months now and for the better part if that time I've had an irritation bump. Ill start by saying that the first 3ish weeks I did not have this irritation bump I was doing regular cleanings though I was using q tips for crust. Ive seen stopped using the q tips as I have learned it can be the cause of irritation and for the last 3 weeks have only used saline solution but same results I still have that bump!

Now here's the odd part to me. About 2 weeks back I took out my piercing washed it and my face in hopes to stop the bump. Just cause I decided to change which side I screwed the ball back on. The odd thing that happened is that the irritation bump followed that side! I thought theres no way! So just 2 days ago I said fuck it let's try this again and switched that end back to the original side and the irritation bump followed!

The piecing that I got is from a very professional shop I've had 4 piercings there and this is the only one gusts given me trouble! The piercing has the the male threads on the ball and goes into the bar and the bar has already been changed once so that its longer than the first one I was origianlly pierced with. I did forget to mention that's part my bridge swelled up so bad near the start bur the shop just switched to a longer bar.

Any advice? Is the following irritation bump something that happens? I appreciate any help at all!

Irritation bumps with bridge

Hey yall I've had my bridge done for a little over 2 months now and I've had an irritation bump since about a month in! So I went back to the shop and they were super helpful and put in an extended bar because the first one was squeezed during the healing time and everything seemed fine! No issues ands then about 3 weeks after that I notice an irritation bump I think no biggie I've had them before and continue the usual after care saline wash and I'm good. I've very careful through my day but it acts up after hot showers and when I wake up in the morning!

I get the idea okay maybe I remove it clean it up and see how it goes. I go through the steps a couple days back and no issues BUT today I'm looking at myself and I think I'm gett8ng another irritation bump on the other side!

Any tips on how to deal with this ? Are aome people's anatomies just not made for this ? I really want to keep this piercing nut I don't want my skin to be consistently irritated!

Similair mods to cyberpunk 2077??

So ever since I saw the characters from cyber punk I started wondering if there's anything that comes close to the facial mods that a lot of characters have? In thinking that tattoos and scarification are probably the easiest way to recreate the look but would some kind of subdermal or silicone implant work? Character songbird for reference

Why do old mechanics keep using thicker oil on High milage vehicles ?

So I work in auto parts and every now and again I'll get a mechanic who's old AF and dies on the hill that HM vehicles need to use "thicker" oil to keep running. When I ask about this they will just say that's how it's always been. No one really cares to explain as to why!

When I ask the usual "is your car burning oil?' or "do you have a leak?" They say there's no problem but that because it's HM it needs it.

I just had someone the other day use 10w30 syn in a newer yota that called for 0w20. What are your thoughts ? Anyone out there with this line of thinking that care to explain ??
