What's the longest you've stayed in one place while traveling?

I used to think changing cities every couple of days was the right way to travel.

Lately I've been wondering if staying in one place for a week or more would actually make me feel more connected to it.

For those who've done slower solo trips, was it worth it?

Has anyone noticed changes in their gut health after a full-day fast?

Today, I kept a fast for the entire day, and I was surprised by how different I felt. My stomach felt lighter, I experienced less bloating than usual, and my digestion seemed calmer by the end of the day. It made me wonder whether occasional fasting has any noticeable impact on gut health or if this was just a one-off experience.

For those who've tried fasting, have you noticed any changes in your digestion, bloating, or overall gut health? I'd love to hear your experiences and whether you've found any real benefits or downsides.

Not a two-tone person, but this Tudor is changing my mind

I’ve always prefer all-steel watches. They feel cleaner, easier to wear, and honestly just more like my style.

But this Tudor has me questioning that preference.

The combination of the gold bezel, champagne dial, and steel bracelet works surprisingly well. It has some presence without feeling overly flashy, which is probably what I like most about it.

I also think the fluted bezel gives it a completely different personality than the typical Tudor sports watch.

Maybe I’ve been too quick to dismiss two-tone watches.

Would you wear this, or would you still choose the all-steel version?

Gained weight and messed up digestion after too many antibiotics.

I’ve had to take antibiotics multiple times in the past few months because of repeated infections. Since then, I’ve noticed some changes in my body that I never had before.

I’ve gained weight even though my eating habits haven’t changed much, and my digestion has become really bad. I feel bloated often, my stomach feels heavy, and my gut doesn’t feel normal anymore.

I’ve read that antibiotics can affect gut bacteria, but I’m not sure how long it takes for things to get back to normal or what actually helps.

Has anyone here gone through something similar after taking too many antibiotics? What changes helped you improve your digestion and manage the weight gain? Would love to hear your experiences.

Is buying a ready-to-move apartment still safer than under-construction projects?

I've been looking at a few properties recently, and I'm stuck between choosing a ready-to-move apartment and an under-construction one.

Ready-to-move seems like the safer option since you can inspect the actual flat, move in immediately, and avoid delays. But the downside is the higher price and fewer choices.

On the other hand, under-construction projects are often more affordable and offer better payment plans, but delays, changes in promised amenities, and uncertainty still worry me.

I can't decide if the stripes make this GT3 better or worse.

I've been staring at this spec but can't decide whether to keep it or not.

The white GT3 already looks timeless, but the red center stripe and side decals completely change its personality. Part of me thinks they give it that classic Porsche motorsport vibe, while the other part feels the car would look even cleaner without them.

Curious to hear what the 911 crowd thinks. Does this spec age well, or is a clean GT3 always the better choice?

Did Triphala help with bloating or gut health?

I've been seeing a lot of people recommend Triphala powder for bloating and overall gut health, but the experiences seem to be all over the place.

If you've used it consistently, did you notice any real difference? How long did it take before you saw any changes, and were there any downsides or side effects?

I'd love to hear honest experiences, the good, the bad, or if it didn't do anything at all.

The top floor isn't always the best choice during the rainy season.

I used to think the top floor was the ideal option, better views, more privacy, and less noise from neighbors. But every monsoon, I hear stories about roof leaks, ceiling seepage, damp patches, and rooms heating up after the rain.

For those who've lived on the top floor, has your experience been mostly positive, or have monsoons changed your opinion? Was it a construction issue, poor maintenance, or just bad luck?

I'd love to hear your experiences and whether you'd choose the top floor again.

Kochi's growth feels different this time. What are we missing?

For years, Kochi has been mentioned as a city with potential, but this time the conversation seems different.

Office leasing is picking up, retail demand is growing, infrastructure projects are moving forward, and more businesses appear to be taking the city seriously. Yet, when people discuss India's real estate hotspots, Kochi still doesn't get the same attention as cities like Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Pune.

Is the market genuinely at an inflection point, or are we reading too much into a few positive trends?

[Discussion] Chopard has made something incredible.

I was casually browsing Instagram and this amazing Mille Miglia Limited Edition 100 watch came up in my feed and ended up spending more time looking at the back than the dial. The dark movement, blue screws, engraved rotor, and overall racing-inspired design just seem to come together really well.

Maybe it's just me, but this feels far more interesting than the typical display caseback. Curious to hear from Chopard owners and enthusiasts, does the watch look as good in person as it does in photos?

The Most Unexpected Porsche 911 Collab

Never thought I’d see a Porsche 911 inspired by Toy Story… but somehow it actually works. 😅

It has that perfect mix of childhood nostalgia and serious performance-car presence. Part of me thinks Porsche purists will hate it, but another part of me loves when car culture stops taking itself too seriously for a moment.

If this showed up at auction, would you actually bid on it or just admire the creativity from a distance?

Has Infrastructure Become the Biggest Driver of Property Prices in India?

Recently I heard about the new metro line is getting started near my area and the moment it announced, prices in nearby areas start shooting up , even before the project is completed.

At that point I understand that a lot of people today seem to be buying based on future connectivity rather than the actual project quality itself.

Do you think infrastructure growth is genuinely improving these areas long-term, or are people just chasing hype and speculative appreciation?

Ahmedabad Roads at 2 PM Feel Like an Air Fryer

Stepped out around 2 PM today and I genuinely felt like riding on giant air fryer 😭

The roads were almost empty, traffic signals felt longer than usual, and even the wind was hot. At this point, getting into a parked car without burning your hands deserves an award.

How are you guys surviving this heatwave?
AC on full blast, late-night outings only, or just accepting defeat till monsoon arrives?
