How did Goat Simulator actually become successful? 🐐

It started as a goofy indie game that people mostly shared because of how stupid and funny it was the memes basically became part of the marketing.

Do you think an indie game can still blow up today just by being funny and extremely memeable Or does it need something more than memes to actually survive?

Curious what you guys think.

What makes Stardew Valley so damn good?

It’s crazy how a relatively simple indie game can keep people playing for hundreds of hours.

For me it’s the little things. Exploring the town, slowly getting to know everyone, upgrading the farm and just having something to do whenever I feel like it.

What do you think Stardew does better than most other indie games?

MGS without Hideo Kojima feels less like Metal Gear and more like a brand trying to cash in on nostalgia.

Kojima's MGS games weren't perfect, but they had their own thing going on. The weird characters, political stuff, cinematic storytelling, crazy attention to detail, and those times you had no clue what was happening that was Metal Gear.

Now it seems like Konami knows "Metal Gear" will sell no matter who's making it.

I'm not saying every MGS game after Kojima is automatically bad, but without his vision, the series might just turn into another nostalgia cash cow.

Seriously, are you actually hyped for new MGS games, or would you rather they just left the series alone?
