I'm learning about direct sampling architecture for transmit-receive chains at my day job for RF design efforts. What is the significance of the sampling rates of the ADC and DAC respectively, in Msps, in terms of the spectrum and overall performance of the radio?
Do you use Python or MATLAB applications for scripting and data processing in your RF career job and why? I'm mid level RF engineer and have been using MATLAB more lately for board test automation and some post-processing and DSP optimization; originally learned it in undergrad EE signal processing courses.

My work traditional 401k is hosted by Fidelity and I currently have an index stock funds 55-45 portfolio (55% US Total Market, 45% International Total, 0% Bonds). Is this close enough to reflect the actual breakdown of all stocks in the world US plus ex-US in terms of weights/ percentages? 36 year old single male, don't own a house yet and no spouse or kids.
I have been meeting with my therapist (AMFT in private practice) since September 2024 for individual sessions. Things were going alright but recently I had to stop simply due to not being able to make regular schedule work (I have a demanding in person office job). But we didn't do discharge / termination session and paperwork. Does that mean I can see how it goes for a while with no scheduled sessions and reach out if something changes and / or I really need it?
