(5'5", 55 kg) – Need advice for healthy weight gain without a gym

Hello everyone,

I am a 20-year-old male, 5'5" (165 cm) and weigh 55 kg. I am very skinny and want to gain healthy weight.

I don't have much physical activity, and currently I'm not able to join a gym.

Can you please suggest:

- Will doing daily push-ups help me gain weight?

- What kind of diet should I follow to gain weight in a healthy way?

- How many meals should I eat in a day?

- Which foods should I include regularly (eggs, chicken, mutton, milk, etc.)?

- Is it possible to gain weight without going to the gym?

I'd really appreciate advice from people who have been in a similar situation and successfully gained weight. Thank you!

TVS Ronin owners: How far can the bike actually go after the DTE reaches 0 km?

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased a TVS Ronin, and I have a question about the Distance to Empty (DTE).

Once the DTE reaches 0 km, how much farther can the bike realistically travel before it runs out of fuel?

Ronin exposed wire

I bought this bike 15 days ago. In the excitement, I didn't notice this exposed wire. Should I be worried about it? If so, what should I do?

TVS Ronin chain noise at 400 km – normal or should I get it checked?

Hi everyone,

I bought a new TVS Ronin 12 days ago and the bike has done around 400 km so far.

Recently I started noticing a noise that seems to be coming from the left side, near the chain/rear wheel area. The sound is still present even when I pull in the clutch while riding, which makes me think it's not coming from the engine.

The bike rides normally, there are no warning lights, and this is my first bike so I'm not sure if this is normal chain noise or something that needs attention.

I've uploaded a video here:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/17wXeL3csijfUN9bYZlsOSs6iB0K25Nip/view?usp=drivesdk

Can Ronin owners please check the video and let me know if this sounds normal for a new bike, or if I should get it inspected before the first service?

Looking for a phone under ₹30K after a disappointing software update experience with my iQOO Z9

Hello guys,

About a year ago, I bought an iQOO Z9 for around ₹18,000. During the first year, the phone performed really well. The battery life was good, and the overall performance was smooth.

However, after the OS 15 update, I started noticing lag and a drop in battery performance. Later, after updating to OS 16, the lag became even worse and the battery backup decreased further.

Now I'm planning to upgrade and looking for a smartphone under ₹30,000.

My priorities are:

Good camera

Good processor

Good battery life

Smooth performance in the long term

Minimal lag after software updates

What would you recommend based on your personal experience?

Ronin DTE jumped from 11 km to 244 km after refueling. Normal? 🏍️⛽

New TVS Ronin owner here. This is my second fuel refill, and I'm a bit confused about the DTE (Distance to Empty) reading.

When I went to refuel, the DTE was showing only 11 km remaining. At that time, my odometer was around 130 km. I added 4.43 litres of petrol, and the DTE immediately jumped to around 244 km.

After that, I rode about 10 km. My odometer is now around 140 km, and the DTE is showing 235 km.

The bike is only a few days old, so I'm wondering if this is normal. Is the DTE calculation usually inaccurate on a brand-new Ronin and takes some time to calibrate, or are these numbers normal?

Would love to hear from other Ronin owners.

Just bought my first bike, a TVS Ronin. Are heating and 30 kmpl normal?

I'm 20 years old and just bought a TVS Ronin with my own earned money. It's my first bike, so I'm probably overthinking a few things and would appreciate some advice from experienced Ronin owners.

I've ridden only around 60km so far and have a few doubts:

The engine feels quite hot even during normal city riding. Is this normal for a brand-new Ronin during the running-in period?

I'm currently getting around 30 km/l mileage. Will it improve after the first service and break-in period?

I can't find any E20 sticker or marking anywhere on the bike. I also forgot to ask the showroom about it. Is the latest TVS Ronin E20 compatible? If yes, how can I verify it?

Since this is my first bike and I bought it with my own money, I just want to make sure everything is normal and that I'm taking good care of it.

Is filing ITR necessary in India for crypto payments received in USDT?

I received around 5500 USDT over 4 months, withdrew around ₹3 lakh to my bank through CoinDCX, and transferred the remaining USDT to other persons wallets. In this situation, is filing ITR necessary or not?

Crypto tax doubt for direct USDT wallet transfer in India

I have a doubt regarding crypto tax in India.

Suppose I receive USDT in my Binance wallet as payment/work income. I do NOT convert it into INR or withdraw it to my bank account.

Instead, I directly transfer that same USDT to another person’s wallet/Binance account.

In this case:

Is this considered a taxable event in India?

Do I still have to pay 30% crypto tax?

What if there is no profit and I just transfer the same amount onward?

Would appreciate clear answers from people who understand Indian crypto tax properly.
