I've had my V3 pedals for a few months now with the stiffer elastomers installed, and I noticed the preload adjustment knob loosening a bit over time and it affected my pace a lot without me realizing. Is this a normal side effect of regular usage where I need to re-tighten it every so often?

My gf (27f) and I (27M) live together. She drives to work every day and I work from home. This week, I noticed that her cats' litter robot was getting really dirty and was in need of a deep cleaning. It was very time consuming since I had to take it apart, clean every piece, put it back together, etc. and get myself covered in wet cat poop during the process. Gross icky stuff that I don't want her to deal with.
When I finished, I sent her a photo of it all cleaned up, but wasn't expecting her response to be "you only think about yourself." Apparently, I have an issue of always announcing every little favor I do for her and expecting a "thank you" while she doesn't say anything when she does something for me like refilling the q-tips in the bathroom, replacing toilet paper rolls when they run out, and refilling the floss when that runs out (I floss with the string, she uses the plastic dinosaur ones).
It's worth mentioning that I made a lot of huge sacrifices for our relationship to even have a chance of working out. I cut off a lot of my friends because she didn't like them. I cut off even more friends from my childhood who she never even met because she saw that our discord group had a "spicy shit" channel and assumed it was porn (it wasn't porn, they were memes with sexual humor but she still identifies them as bad people). I gave up my gaming hobbies because she said it's unproductive and childish. I co-signed a lease with her just days after a big argument where she threatened to break up with me because her parents were getting evicted and she needed to find a new place that isn't far from work.
And when I asked her to acknowledge those sacrifices, she said that it was selfish of me because it makes the relationship feel transactional and that I'm keeping score.
And I only think about myself because I made all of those sacrifices just to have sex with her. Am I the asshole?
My Fanatec Clubsport DD keeps randomly disconnecting on me mid-race. And it happens only in race sessions. I tried different USB ports, lowered my FFB, made sure no cables were loose, and did clean driver reinstalls. I'll test drive for 2 hours straight with no issues, but as soon as I feel like the issue has been fixed, I'll load into a race and it happens again.
Not sure if this is a wheelbase failure or a driver failure.

Someone said something really mean on one of my IG reels, and I wanted to reply to them to say what they commented wasn't cool. But when I tried looking for their comment again to delete it, it has completely disappeared. I asked my GF to see if she can see the comment on her account, and it shows as visible on her phone. Now I'm getting harassed by even more people who are replying to the original comment. Does Instagram have a thing where it will hide offensive comments from the creator, but leave it as visible for everyone else?
Last lap incident. Innocent GT3 got obliterated too. Felt like POV just resorted to a cheap move to guarantee a win for himself, but that's just my biased take.
For those saying that my move wasn't smart, if this were any other lap, I would have been more patient. But this was the final lap. And I saw the speed difference as a golden opportunity to make a move while the leader was thrown off his rhythm. I'm certain that this would have been a safer place to pass than the bus stop chicane where POV is 100% throwing an aggressive block where things could get ugly. This was simply a split-second risk/decision that didn't work out because I put too much trust in my competitor

Last lap of a 2h40min enduro. I should have defended, but when I look back, I didn't think he was close enough to go for a divebomb there. I'm pissed at myself for letting this happen, but I'm also pissed at him for ramming my car off the track while passing me.
When I messaged the red car, he said the pass was fair because he still kept at least two wheels on the racing surface. I don't know what else to say about this...
