How do I get to lvl18 from lvl9?
I am currently lvl9 WAR, did all recommended ROE, and based on the story guide the next recommended story quests start on lvl18, so I need to double my level. I tried killing random mobs in the area outside of San d'Oria (My starter city) but they do not seem to be suited for this level and give me little EXP. Any suggestions on how can I quickly level up or where should I go to kill stuff for leveling?
