These posters at the hospital 😬
I know the health system is financially stressed and understaffed but yeeesh.

My grinder is ancient (older than I am, it's from the early 80s) and it's pretty good usually.
But lately it has been making a weird noise and starting oddly. It used to start immediately and spin as normal but now it does this.
Any advice?
I'm trying to cut some lamp pieces out of a Yough 4444. It's a forest green wispy which is gorgeous, but it will not cut nicely. I've had problems with white glass not cutting right before, but never a green. The glass is really tough to break, and tends to splinter off.
I've tried two cutters (a brand less pencil cutter and a Toyo pistol grip) and neither seem to be any different.
Any advice?
I saw this shirt in 2012. I fell in love with it, but it was $300. I tried it on and got a photo, and then put it back on the rack. I've regretted it ever since! It was so delicate and beautiful.
I thought it was a brand called Hope and Ivy, but I looked through as much of their catalogue as I could and no dice. I've also tried using reverse image search, which just came up with vaguely similar sparkly things.
It was at a store called Arthur Barnett's (which no longer exists) but it was like a high-end department store in New Zealand.
Please help me find this shirt, or if you find a lookalike that is almost indistinguishable!
Trying to buy a switch game called Dark Auction, have put it in my cart several times and it gets deleted. So I ask to unblock, and I get told the item can't be sent to me. The game is available in English in my country, so this isn't a regional legality issue, and there are no batteries or objectionable items included with the game.
I requested (several days ago) to have this item either unblocked or to have it explained why I cannot purchase a switch game despite having bought dozens of them through zenmarket previously, but no responses at all.
Adding this to the fee hike, and the higher difficulty in accessing the credit system, to my list of issues with the site.

Considering this, and the fee hike, and the higher difficulty in accessing the credit system, I'm wondering if there's a better way of getting products from Japan.
We're considering either a concrete pad or piles, and a timber frame or steel frame. The original building (a glasshouse) is very small, so looking at digging out to the line on the right in the third photo. Can build up to 30msq without getting a council permit.
Because the land is on a significant slope, any pointers about drainage, piles, landscaping etc? Can't get any construction vehicles up due to the proximity of other buildings (which also rules out any prefab buildings, as they would need a specific crane to lift one over the building at the front of the section.
My (35) periods have been returning after the birth of my baby, and they're ridiculous every time. Every two hours, all through the second and third days of my period, my pads look like this. I have to stay home on those two days. I feel awful. I keep bleeding through my period products. I put a towel on my bed to sleep and I bled through that too.
My doctor looked through my notes and said "you've always complained of heavy periods" which is true, but then she said "You probably just forgot how bad they were since you haven't had one in so long" which is not true. I remember always having to wear ultra pads, and having bad cramps and feeling fatigued, but I hadn't bled through a pad, or gotten any stains on my clothes since I was a teen.
Please tell me this can't be my new normal =_=
