In an art subreddit but I found multiple things that made it pop out to me as AI
the image looked very digital to me at first, the character is pretty clean visibly but the marker on it is blurry at the bottom and cuts off oddly on the page. I also recognize this format being popular with AI right now where the artists leaves the tools on the page to try and make it seem more realistic. I also cant read the bottom of the marker at all but the handle but the characters head is clearly legible.
