Impossible to learn Gwen top even in Normal game...

I've chosen to improve at toplane (I'm a jungle main, with top as my secondary role) and wanted to give Gwen a try.

But... it's impossible. Every normal game I play is against a high-mastery player, often playing a counterpick or a cancerous ranged champion like Heimerdinger, Aurora, or Quinn, or an assassin like Akali or Yasuo.

How can I improve? I lose my early game most of the time, and then I have to wait 20 minutes for the game to end because they don't finish quickly. They just have fun and end the game right before I can reach my scaling.

I feel like I can't improve. Now I'm tilted every time because of players who don't train or don't limit-test their champion. Most of them take these games seriously just to win or bully their opponent.

I try to read and watch guides about matchups, but since I don't really have Gwen in my hands yet, I'm not skilled enough to play against those matchups.

What am I supposed to do to actually improve?

New to toplane and the toxic mindset

Hey !

I'm training toplane in normal game and I was asking myself why most of the toplaner have the mindset figth or die ? Often my opponent seem obssessed to kill me, even going to dive and trade kill.

Is this the only strategy to play coinflip ?

The most annoying is when they start emote cause they can't kill u at the moment. They feel very frustrated.

It may be cause the toplane champ are made with that gameplay ?

I would like to have your opinion ?

Is that the 50/50 win-lose that riot want use to have ?

I don't know why but today I chain lose/win games. My winning games are quite even: my team is bit ahead, and I'm very well in tempo and macro. But my losing games have feeding teamates and I'm totally outplayed in jungle and macrro. How is it possible ?

I don't understand how 20LP change the game difficulty that much...

How can I improve my Wukong first clear? (Videos included)

Hello fellow junglers!

I'm looking for some advice to improve my Wukong clears. I'm struggling to finish my first clear efficiently and make it to Scuttle right as it spawns.

I've attached my best clear from both sides. I don't hit these times consistently yet, so I'm usually a bit slower in actual games.

Any tips on optimizing my clear or spotting mistakes would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
