So I’m a client on Upwork, and I need honest feedback from other freelancers. and I want advice too, because I really I’m not sure what the norm is.
I reached out to a freelancer whose portfolio looked good for what I needed. (amazon). not the best out there but just sufficient for a start. I detailed what I needed from the job and I hired them.
they asked for some information they needed and I provided. they asked me for tools: keepa and jungle scout as well as other tools I don’t remember. I told them I only have keepa and I gave them the login. they told me to buy jungle scout subscription for the job. to be honest I never encountered this with any freelancer. not sure if this is the norm for some and I just never encountered one. but if I had known the freelancer didn’t have any tools I really wouldn’t have hired them. and I wish they told me that they didn’t before the contract started. this was the next day after I hired them. so I told them let’s split the cost of the subscription 50/50 ($25 there about ),for one month of jungle scout. they said no that will eat up on their profit. so now I really don’t know what to do. I told them to hold off the research until I decide what to do.
my only issue is I really have never used jungle scout myself. I have used helium 10 every time I needed to do my own stuff cos I have been more into private label. I’m not sure if this job (wholesale research) really depends on jungle scout or not. the freelancer told me they are ok to use just keepa for the job .
I just need an honest feedback from those that have experience with wholesale research. Will using keepa only, limit the research compared to also combining it with jungle scout? because if it will affect quality of the job then I have to either pay for the tool or find a different freelancer that has whatever they need in order to give me the best result. because I’m paying money to have the best outcome otherwise I’d not seek professional help.

If it isn’t already obvious , I’d like to remind us all to find an attorney that is ready to go with you to your interview. I have a feeling this memo hasn’t circulated enough and you may just go to your interview to an officer who hasn’t read the new memo yet (if I’m being nice and giving them benefit of the doubt). So take an attorney , let them call the attention of your adjudicator to the memo and to the ruling as soon as they tell you “ no decision yet due to hold “.

To those in mcbean2, whenever I go to court listener to see the new entries and I try to download the documents attached, it takes me to a login page . Is this an accessible page at all? because it asks for a code that I don’t have . Also, when I was following Hacking’s and other cases I was able to open those documents and I’m not even a plaintiff in the suits. Do I need to reach out to Mcbean firm for help?
Most of the interviews I’ve been seeing are for those who aren’t part of any lawsuits . Is there anyone here that is in one of the lawsuits that were granted a PI, that has a scheduled interview lately or if they already had an interview (after the PI)?
I am just trying to see what the officer tells them. (because those who have been interviewed and not part of lawsuits all get the same answer : would have approved but can’t because of the pause).

I don’t know what to make of this, perhaps the memo hasn’t gotten to some officers yet? Or the application of the memo will be less serious than we assumed? Whatever it is I hope this is a positive sign for everyone! Ofcourse I know the memo isn’t law to begin with but they broke many laws already that made us believe the worst!

so my predicted ovulaction is tomorrow. I had my lh surge today. my lining came back today at 5mm when it was 6mm yesterday. (modified natural with letrozole ). the doctor said it was under measured today by the tech and it is the same as yesterday (6mm). I feel bumped. I suggested Viagra and they sent me a msg that she doesn’t prescribe that. I know I have only one day to ovulation. I just got myself POM and beet juice to try to feel in control a little bit. my embryos are all tested . I had a previously cancelled cycle due to ovulation in a different clinic and had to wait months to be here. the doctor hasn’t mentioned anything about canceling this cycle . I’m also considering doing acupuncture this last minute. worth it? waste of time ?
