What are the best mods to use for a new player?

I just beat mafia the old country. I liked the story and the game was kind of simple in a good way. Which other mafia game is similar to mafia toc? I have played the other titles years ago but never finished them. There was one game that had really annoying stealth missions. Which is that one?

I'm a 38 male. I went to the optical shop to get new glasses since it had been a while since I changed them. The optometrist refereed me to an ophthalmologist since the vision in my left eye didn't improve when doing the prescription lenses test. The different lenses all looked kind of blurry.

I went to ophthalmologist. The doctor told me that my right was over compensating for my left eye which is why the vision on my left eye was blurry.

The doctor prescribed sodium hyaluronate 0.4% eye drops. One drop every 6 hours for each eye but it doesn't say for how long.

What is the recommended dosage length for this eye drops?

The back fan on the Mag Forge m100a case wont turn on. I think the 2 pin cable for the fan might dead. Do those cables need to be connected in a certain order? I tried looking in the manual but it doesn't say anything about the order.

Could that power supply (mag a550bn) be acting up?

Games with a dark and heavy story. It doesn't have to be a roguelike. I don't really like soulslike or shooters.

Does just downloading dll file infected your pc? Or do you need to run them so how?
