Hi - earlier today I posted my lease for my i4 10k miles and was told it was a horrible deal. I reached out to another showroom in California and was okay with the shipping cost if it meant an overall better deal.
What I don’t understand here is the Capitalized Cost Reduction as I did not see that on my other lease

Hi - I’ve been trying HARD to find a good makeup artist for my South Indian tamil wedding in Bangalore. I’ve honestly struggled to find anyone I like (because I seem to like a specific look, don’t know how to describe it without examples that folks only in Chennai / Kerala seem to have? Idk why lol) Anyway, I did find some pretty decent folks but a lot of them are outright refusing to do a trial. Even when I mention I’m willing to get makeup done that isn’t bridal so I can just see how they are. (Paid trials)
Is this normal in India? I moved out years ago and only ever did makeup for my sisters wedding that happened outside of India so I have no idea.
Hi - all my life I’ve had the nicest straight hair - no frizz nothing. I took it for granted. And now after moving to Austin it gets so frizzy - I used to only hear people talk about frizz and never experienced it (except maybe when I go to tropical places, and that too very little). After moving here my hair always looks messy and unkept and feel embarrassed every time o step out of my house because it feels like I haven’t combed my hair 😭 any recommendations on shower filters and other things I should be doing to fix this issue??

Hi - haven’t been in India for a while so do not really know what’s a reasonable price for South Indian bridal MUAs. I saw a couple and they all seem to be extremely low (25k/35k) but their work looks good. However I am NOT able to find any high end MAUs specially for a South Indian bridal look. I’m going for something really traditional and want all the bells and whistles of a Tamil bride and would be super great if you have personally hired a great MAU fitting this criteria as a bride.

Hi - I want a day of co-ordinator for my wedding as I feel Itl be much smoother overall - I’m looking for someone who has experience in managing a wedding, from taking care of the bride and the groom to make sure their needs are met while also making sure the caterers, decor, photography priority list etc is all managed and done - please recommend as I have no idea about anyone specially doing this. Please only recommend if you have personal experience being the bride / groom and used the persons services not otherwise - this is only going to be a small quick South Indian wedding , decor is going to start early with set up and then make up, wedding, photos, food that’s it. Nothing crazy.

Hi - moving to Austin from AZ and definitely want to live in an apartment with nice views possibly of the lake or the trees. I did tour Encore which I really liked but it’s about a 40 min drive from work to there during peak traffic hours. I really loved the area though - the shaded trail for running, the water, the large trees - are there any other apartments like this that are not in downtown (that adds more driving time to and from work so trying to stay away) I saw a few east Austin apartments and hated them purely because it looked really barren and I am kinda sick and tired to barren looking land after living in AZ. Il be working at a tech park in the north west side
