Honestly terrified about the upcoming Vayne nerfs in 26.17... Is ADC Vayne about to get cooked?

Is anyone else genuinely freaked out about the Vayne nerf coming in patch 26.17?

I know it’s primarily aimed at Vayne top, but I honestly couldn't care less about top lane. I strictly play her as an ADC, and I’m a massive fan of the classic on-hit build that heavily relies on high attack speed and W procs. I like the crit build too, but only a few times whenever I'm against full squishies, but it lack the versatility and survivability the on-hit build bring, maybe its a personnal taste after all.

My biggest fear is that Riot is going to target her W.
Since it’s already been nerfed multiple times before and it's the main reason she bullies tanks and bruisers in top, nerfing it again will just destroy her in the bot lane. The tanky on-hit setup completely relies on that W true damage to work...

I’ve been maining Vayne for almost 10 years now. I stick with her even when she’s bottom tier, but right now, she’s just sitting at an average spot at best. One bad nerf could easily break both of her legs and push her straight into "troll pick" territory for ADC, forcing her into a pure top laner (basically pulling a Quinn on us).

Does anyone else share this feeling, or am I just overthinking it? What are your thoughts?

Edit : just saw the values are out ! Lmao I just checked out yeah, "Q mana cost 30 -> 46-30" and "W damage 6%-10% 4%-10%".
Well that's bad, you can't Q anymore to dodge mage spamming spells botlane without getting OOM now. W deal even less damages in early.
She's gonna be soooo trash in laning phase omg

Old skins still use the modern models, and it's super disappointing

Last night, I wanted to hop into a quick game of LoL Classic and decided to play Ezreal.

As a huge Ezreal main, nothing beats the feeling of playing the old version with the old items and his old W : instant nostalgia!

I saw that I could pick a skin. I already knew that modern skins would be available (like Fairy Court IIRC, which came out way after his rework), but since I felt that completely kills the vibe, I decided to go with a true OG skin: Frosted Ezreal!

Imagine my surprise when I realized that even for such an old skin, Riot couldn't even bother to use the old character model. I was so baffled to find out I was playing with the post-rework model on a skin from 2010 !

They seriously need to fix this. Give me back my old Frosted Ezreal! And the same goes for Pulsefire, by the way!

Good picks to play against botlane mages

Hello to all the marksman players here, I wanted to share a few picks that I think really shine against those nasty mages camping our botlane.

Obviously, this assumes you have a pair of hands and a brain developed enough not to run down the game, but I think these picks handle mages better than most.

Just to clarify, these infos comes from my personal experience in Emerald, but it's also backed by Jezu, the current ADC for Team ZYB Esport, who is 3k LP Challenger on EUW.
He talked about it on several streams where he was facing botlane mages, if you're interested, here's his opgg : ZYB gen4#KR01 - Statistiques d’Invocateur - League of Legends

First up, specifically: Vayne is really good against Ziggs (I'm mentioning him because he's one of the most common botlane apc). His skillshots are pretty easy to dodge, you even have Vayne's tumble if things get really rough, and he is very vulnerable to all-ins.
If you're good, you can even afford the luxury of canceling his jump with your condemn.

Vayne is also solid against Mel for pretty much the same reasons: Mel is quite vulnerable to all-ins, once you dodge her E, she doesn't have much left to stop you (just make sure not to use your condemn into her W).

Ezreal is also pretty decent, he answers poke well with his range, can dodge abilities with his E, and I've had a lot of success with him against mages in botlane. That said, seriously, if you actually master Ezreal (which is far from easy, let's be honest), he pretty much breezes through almost any matchup, he's one of the best blind picks in the game.

Finally, Yasuo is very strong against mages in general and is a viable pick in the ADC role, even if you could consider him a pocket pick. The key is to let yourself get pushed in until level 3 before trying an all-in, which will always be winning.

Make sure to go Resolve tree for your secondary runes with bone plating + second wind, starting with Doran shield.

There you go, just a small contribution from me to help keep up the fight against botlane mages, cheers!

Is Zeri mid lane a viable off-role pick?

Hey Zeri enjoyers!

Do you think Zeri is a solid mid lane pick as an off-role since the rework?

Her early game is slightly more impactful than before, which is a nice bonus in the mid lane.

She also has pretty much everything a midlaner could ask for: the ability to short trade with Q + AA, as well as all-in with her ult, decent waveclear through W and E, solid roaming potential thanks to her E, and incredible mobility in skirmishes and teamfights — even more so since the rework — which lets her hold her own even without a support.

Against certain early aggressive picks like Zed, Talon, or Akali, I'd imagine you'd need to play it safe and run Exhaust to manage the kill pressure.

I'm not claiming she's a meta pick by any means, but I do think she should logically fare better in mid lane than most ADCs who have absolutely no business being there.

What do you think?

Hello Lucian Enjoyers !

Recently, Dragdar (famous EUW Chall Ezreal OTP) did a No-Ezreal grind to chall.

He played a lot of Lucian (he enjoyed the champ a lot, he's kinda a two tricks poney now).

He spammed Hubris on Lucian and he recently tested Voltaic since it got changed and found it very strong : https://youtu.be/hWCP9My69eo

He has a lot of this in recent stream aswell.

What do you think of this ? Is it because he is cracked at the game ? I tried it personnally but didn't have the success he had, thought it's probably a skill issue.
