Is 7500f + 9070 a decent combo for 1440p ultra gaming?

I would've gone with a better CPU and an RX 9070 XT, but RAM and SSD prices ended up eating almost half of my budget lol. I was originally planning to build on AM4 since DDR4 RAM is way cheaper, but I decided to switch to AM5 because every AM4 CPU that's actually better than the 5700X is out of stock in my country.

I'll mostly be playing AAA games, with maybe one or two multiplayer games here and there. I'd be happy with anything around 100 FPS or more at native resolution, but I know that's not gonna happen in every game. Since this is my first PC build, I've never tried FSR upscaling or frame generation before, so I'm gonna give them a shot and see if I like how they look and feel.

I'm also not the type of person who upgrades every year. Once I build this PC, I just want it to last a good 5-7 years without feeling like I need to replace anything.

So I have 2 questions:

  1. Do you think this CPU + GPU combo is good enough for my usecase?
  2. Do you think it'll last me at least 2–3 years for AAA gaming on 2k Native Ultra settings (in case I don't like fsr and frame gen)?

Newbie here – Should I go with 32GB DDR4 or 16GB DDR5?

I'm building my first PC and I'm stuck between two options because Ddr5 prices in my region have increased significantly.

My primary use case is a mix of productivity and gaming. I use design and creative software such as the Adobe Suite, Spline, and a few others, and may explore video editing or light 3D work in the future. And I play Aaa titles at 1440p and generally target high/ultra settings.

So my two options are essentially speed vs capacity. The AM4 build allows me to fit both 32GB RAM and a stronger GPU within my budget. If my needs grow significantly in the future, I'm open to upgrading the platform later rather than optimizing purely for future upgrades today.

AM5 AM4
Ryzen 5 9600X Ryzen 7 5700X
B850 motherboard B550 motherboard
16GB DDR5 6000mhz CL36 (single stick, $200) 32GB DDR4 3200mhz CL14/16(2×16GB, under $200)
RX 9070 RX 9070 XT

My main question:

For a productivity-focused build with some gaming on the side, would you recommend 32GB dual-channel DDR4 today or 16GB DDR5 on AM5?

I’m looking forward to building a high-end 1440p PC, and after doing a lot of research, I’ve decided on the 9070XT. I saw one listed for under ₹70k on Vishal Peripherald website, which seems like a good deal compared to the ~₹80k listings on Amazon and Flipkart.

That said, I’m a bit hesitant because I’ve never prepaid for anything, I usually stick to COD or open-box delivery from sellers I trust. Has anyone here bought from Vishal Peripherals? How was your experience - good or bad? And do they handle refunds well if there’s an issue?

Edit: Thank you guys for all the suggestions! I've decided to explore more options in the offline market first.
