Hello, does anyone have any experience with getting a master abroad in this field? I have a bachelor of science in cell and molecular biology, 1.5 years of undergrad research experience with a co-authored published paper. I’m conducting an independent project with that lab and I’m hoping it will succeed and will become published so I’d have a first author paper. How hard is it to get into this program? I am very interested in cosmetic science and since the job market in the US is really bad I’ve been considering going abroad and continuing with grad schools. Living in France has always been my dream so I’m really excited about this program. Is this program worth the potential of accumulating some debt because tuition is somewhat high? Is this program transferable to the US?

I’ve been through so many heartbreaks the past few years. No matter what happens, I stay open and believing that someone is capable of loving me and that I’m deserving of love. I never let a shitty guys words truly affect me. Each time I fall for someone new, I get so excited and feel so full of love and so confident and happy and motivated to do well in other sectors of life only to have it fall flat on my face and the guys end up not wanting to have a long term relationship. Each time Ive been manifesting them to marry me but it seems to have the opposite effect. What more/less should I be doing?

Does anyone have any recommendations on where to find biology postbac/masters programs that accept US applicants with research experience. My field within biology is cell& molecular biology, I’m a co-author on one published paper, have 1.5 years of undergrad research experience where I have an independent project study that i’m the lead on. I’m hoping something publishable can come of it but not sure yet. The issue is that I have a low GPA but have upward growth the final few semesters.
Do I have a chance of getting into any programs with these factors? i’m worried my GPA being lower will be an instant rejection.

I’m interested in countries in Europe and I’m open to learning French to study in France but English is my native language.

hello, i am using 0.025 tretinoin cream for moderate acne and pie/pih scarring since june 9. i’d been using crystal retinal since february so my skin is fairly acclimated to retinoids and hasn’t been irritated so far. ive also been using 20% azelaic acid since january and i was using it twice a day but switched to mornings only since may. my first week of tretinoin, i used it every other night, the second week, ive been using it 2 nights on, 1 night off. this upcoming week will be my third. my skin this morning is starting to flake a bit around the pimples i had that tretinoin has been flattening down. it’s not irritating or itchy or burning at all but is it okay to continue using tretinoin nightly or should i stick to 2 nights on, 1 night off if im starting to flake? how much flaking is okay to continue using tretinoin nightly?

I started tretinoin 0.025 cream this past Tuesday and used it again last night. I’ve been using medik8 retinal 0.01 since february then moved to 0.03 in may and switched to tretinoin and spironolactone because my dermatologist said it would be more effective. I’ve also been using azelaic acid 20% since january which helps a lot with pigmentation but I’ve bee having hormonal acne from stress for the past ten years. I normally never have closed comedones and only have pustules, papules or whiteheads but after using the tretinoin twice, i’ve noticed small comedones forming on my forehead. i also never break out on my forehead it’s usually just my cheeks. Is this normal or is there something i’m doing wrong in my routine? I also just started a new moisturizer at the same time which may be the culprit but I would welcome any and all advice :)

We had previously been texting each other daily for a month ish. I reach out asking if he’s okay and he sends me a response straight from ChatGPT saying he’s been thinking about it and doesn’t see us working out long term. Am I a complete idiot? What happened? I explicitly had asked him before we had sex what his intentions were so I’m confused how all of a sudden he doesn’t see us working out after we had sex and when he kissed me goodbye. He could’ve easily just left and not done anything if he didn’t like me so I’m confused what could’ve happened. I’ve never had any guy treat me like this before. He knew that I only would be intimate with him if we were exclusive/ going to be in a long term relationship. Please give me advice on how to deal with this

i’ve been using azelaic acid 20% since january twice a day but started medik8 crystal retinal 1 feb 23. i worked my way up to use it nightly and then when i finished my tube i started using crystal retinal 3. i had to see a dermatologist for some cortisone injections because i had my graduation ceremony and i wanted to have flattened pimples so they’d be easier to cover but she recommended i start tretinoin 0.025 to fully clear my skin and acne scars. I still have half a tube of the retinal left and it was really expensive so I want to finish it but I do want to clear my skin faster so I’m willing to try tretinoin. Should I start tretinoin twice a week and use retinal the other nights and azelaic acid every morning? Will that cause too much irritation? I’m not sure if I should try and finish the retinal and then use tretinoin or start tretinoin and only use the retinal on my neck and chest. Please help
