hi i was just generally wondering what it takes to advance to finalist or scholar!! i got my index right on the cutoff in my state and i was notified of nmsf. i was planning to submit act for the confirming score since my highest sat index isnt very high but my act score is like a 35 and it translates much higher.

my counselor rec letter should be good since i go to a smaller school where they should know me decently.

idk what else tbh what kind of people usually get it what r the biggest factors and stuff

might be a niche thing and not sure if theres an existing tool but essentially my immich server is hosted somewhere with a very spotty internet connection like maybe 10mbps and sometimes offline so backing up from my phone requires me to keep the app open for a long period of time. however, i do have a server with roughly 1gbps but its low-power and low storage but i was wondering if theres a tool where like they first do a quick upload to that server and then it essentially relays it to the other server so i just open the app for a minute, the fast server gets all the files, and then slowly uploads to the slow server whenever its online. thanks!!

i took paper with science and was wondering if my scores will most likely release on the 21st at like 9am or smt (im cst) or if itll be somewhere in that 1-4 week range

i got a prusa mini+ off my robotics team as they're disbanding and it was broken recently so i opened it up and found that the 3a fuse was just blown so i figured it was a quick replacement. i replaced it and the new one blew too :(

i contacted support and they said warranty is out and that i would need a new mainboard (which im not sure if that's the only solution so feel free to suggest)

the thing is, i can't afford a new mainboard like that, so my question is are there cheaper alternatives or even would it be feasible to design one and get it for free through hackclub?

i'm decently experienced with these things as i had an ender 3 that i've modded pretty heavily and use klipper on and i've also designed some pcbs before and hackclub is a great community for learning how to do something like this. just looking for suggestions or other possible fixes, thanks!!

edit: so far what i did was remove everything from the main board and test it and it still pops but ik that the usb port is messed up with bent pins inside so im suspecting thats the cause but it visually looks fine and my multimeter is broken so i cant directly check it right now
