So I have this Oc I'm developing, her name is Zyra Asteri and she finds out she is actually an alien from a species that adapts their shape to the dominant species of whichever planet they're in. I have her human and Alien design figured out, no issue there.

The problme comes with her plot. You see Zyra is sort of inspired by Ben Ten (the character) in the sense that she gets hold of an alien artifact that allows her to transform into other species (it's how she first discovers she is an alien)

The aliens she can transform into are based on the greek horoscope, so the majority of them have a pretty obvious animal + element inspiration : Leo = Lion + Fire.

My question is what I can do to make the aliens feel more alien and less generic? If that makes sense

Does anyone know of a Mahou Shojo anime/manga based around fairys?

I know having Fairy mascots is a staple of the genre but I mean an anime where the girls themselves transform into fairys.

I juste realized. For context I've had this ocs since I was a preteen and recently redesigned them for personal reasons and while doing so I realised "They're Smile Precure."

Clover (pink) is positive, dreamy loves magic and the fantastical

Trey (orange) is energetic, passionate and determined

Fray (yellow) is kind, gentle, on the shy side

Edd (green) comes from a big family, is sporty, has a stron justice system

Hope (blue) is logical, serious, comes from a well of family etc.

Think like "Quirks" from My hero academia. I'm searching for a word I can use to replace the word superpower, specially because the superpowers of the story I'm working on are more like Magic if that makes sense. But calling it Magic also feels generic. Any advice?

Hola soy una española autista de 23 años que se saco el titulo de ilustradora este curso pasado. Mis padres decidieron que me darían el verando para descansar y una vez llegado septiembre comenzaría a buscar trabajo, crearme un curriculum y un portfolio etcetera.

El problema es que mis dos padres son funcionarios (Que en si no es un problema) pero miran el BOE muy a menudo para ver si salen oposiciones nuevas.

Me han apuntado a cuatro o cinco (no recuerdo el numero exacto) oposiciones (tres o cuatro son de lo mismo). Como persona autista me cuesta MUCHO estudiar, siempre me ha pasado, me encanta aprender pero no se estudiar "bien" y el temario de las oposiciones utiliza un lenguaje muy especifico y formal que no logro que se me quede en la cabeza.

El futuro siempre ha sido un tema que me agobia mucho, diriía que es de mis mayores miedos, y ahora mismo mi futuro laboral me esta aterrorizando.

¿Alguna persona autista tiene tips para estudiar que les funcione?¿O personas que hayan realizado varias oposiciones? Necesito encontrar una manera de que esto no me cause el malestar que me esta generando y no quiero tener que recurrir a mi medicación de emergencia todos los días debido a esto, asique cualquier consejo es bienvenido. I dreamt I was working at Rainbow (ew) and me and a coworker were complaining on how Musa and Tecna were less popular because they didnt fit the elemental thing the other four Winx members had going on (Fire, light, Nature, Water) We kept brainstorming ways for them to be more relevant but our boss kept putting them down and at the end we left to do our own series.

Let me explain: Im working on a magical girl like story and the characters are inspired by the rainbow, however here's my biggest issue: I don't want to have too many main characters and seven (the colors of the rainbow) is already kind of a lot to manage just on paper.

Is there a way I can make the rainbow theming work without having to do so many characters for the main team?

The only thing I can think of is introducing them slowly like Mermaid Melody did but I don't really know.

Any ideas/tips wellcomed.

Babe is a 3/4 year old Imp/Succubus crossbreed. She is the biological daughter of Verosika Mayday and Blitz Bucko. When they broke up Verosika was pregnant and gave birth to Babe. Blitzo is unaware he has a biological daugher and Verosika would rather keep it that way, as as we all know she hates Blitz.

Unfortunatley Babe is a very curious little girl and every time she has the chance she asks her mother questions about her father. She tries not to answer but not wanting to see her girl sad she gives vauge answers like "Just an Imp I fucked once, no one important dear."

Because of Verosikas work, Babe is often babysitted by Vortex, this has lead the kid to see Vortex as a paternal figure even if she knows he isn't her father, and thinks highly of Hellhounds because of how cool her "uncle" is.

Just like Verosika Babe has a love for singing and dancing, and want to be just like her mother when she grows up. Her mother thinks she can do better though.

Another part of her is her love for horror and mistery, which paired up with her desire to find out who her father is has turned her into quite the young detective, often "Helping" other imp kids with problems in exchange of things such as sweets and toys. She specially likes the pony ones! Those are pretty and sparkly just like her!

As you can see she is similar to both her parents even if she doesn't realize that last part.

So tell me what you think! Should I try to draw Babe and make her an actual OC?

I'm currently living with two pro-heroes, Eraser-Head and Present Mic, and their two "adopted kids" (Honestly I don't even think they're legally adopted, I think they're just in a similar situation to me) Eri and Hitoshi. And I'll be frank: it sucks.

One would think living with two Pro-heroes would be a dream come true but, it really isn't. They're presistent, persistent that we're going to be a good family, but they just don't seem to grasp the fact that i don't want or need that, no matter how many times I say so. I can't wait to turn 18 next year so I can leave this place.

Anyways they're insisting I should sign up to U.A so they can "Keep better watch of me" during the day. Bullshit. I don't want to be a hero, I just want to live my life.
