The lid fell off my wife’s coffee whitener…

Yes. She uses whitener or “pixie dust” as her family calls it. Her whole family does and even her grandparents. Might be an Alberta thing I’m not sure. Never milk or cream.

Anyway I went to mix her coffee for her and went to dump some whitener in and the lid just completely fell off and the resulting scene looked like something from Scarface.

Edit: Haha wow I didn’t know “coffee whitener” would stir such a fuss. That is the generic term for “non dairy creamer”. The most common brand name I’m aware of is Coffee Mate but we also buy the generic from Walmart and it says in big bold letters “coffee whitener” on it. Her family calls it Pixie Dust. I’ve never called it anything cause I didn’t know it existed until I met her.

I’m not sure if it’s a naming law in Canada since you can’t call something “creamer” if it doesn’t contain cream? I donno. Anyway don’t come at me. I don’t even drink the stuff and I didn’t name it. I was just trying to give my wife some coffee…. Whitened coffee.

Edit again: I just realized we also call Kraft Macaroni “Kraft Dinner or KD” because we aren’t allowed to call it “Mac and Cheese” because it doesn’t actually contain cheese. So I’m certain we have to call it whitener for a similar reason.

Positive Pregnancy Test And I'm A Bridesmaid Soon

I am currently 5 weeks pregnant so still very early days. My best friend is getting married in September and has asked me to be a bridesmaid. She has just asked us to buy our dresses, but I don't know what to do since I don't know how big I will be then. This is my first pregnancy, and I'm expecting to be around 16 weeks by the time of the wedding. Should I buy a size up? Two? We are waiting until 12 weeks to tell anyone so I can't ask anyone I know for advice. Help!

DAE feel an intense rage when you accidentally hurt yourself?

I just stubbed my toe HARD and instead of dealing with the pain, my brain leapt to anger at the object for being in my way, anger at me for not being more careful, and anger at my toe for getting in the way.

I didn't yell or physically release the anger in any way afterwards, and it fizzled out as the pain went away. Does anyone else experience this? Any tips on dealing with the rage when tiny accidents happen? Where does it even come from? I'm not typically an angry person apart from things like this.
