Hey guys,

I read the books when I was a child and I have recently reread them as an adult via the audible full cast audiobook. I say this as context, cause I never read any fics growing up so I don't know any of the big ones or good ones or anything like that.

What I'm looking for is Snape fics that are canon compliant and in some way explore his character in the months before he had to kil Dumbledore. Or the months after.

If you've got anything like that I would greatly appreciate it!

Any ships or rating. My only real trigger is noncon but even then I can read it if I have warning.

Thanks a lot!

I just went up to the 1mg dose after the .5 failed to do much for a month. (I lost two pounds only)

But now I'm in my second week of 1mg and I have virtually no appetite. I woke up today and forced myself to have a protein bar then work for really busy and I didn't eat anything at all until ten minutes ago when I forced myself to eat another protein bar.

But the thing is.. I felt hangry in the afternoon but never actually hungry. Even now I'm not hungry at all even though I've only had two protein bars... Is this just how's it's gonna be? Am I gonna have to force myself to eat every meal?

Idk any insight or people with similar symptoms I would love to hear from you.

I love food I don't want to just not want it anymore entirely... Idk just feeling kinda down about it

Hello.

I am not sure what I'm hoping to find here but if anyone has any insights or tips I would highly appreciate it.

I tested positive last week and had mostly mild symptoms. However since then I've basically haven't been able to sleep properly. Not more than four hours a night... And I don't even know what to do about it anymore .

Is this a long COVID symptom? I'd anyone else experiencing this?

Hi

I was just wondering if anyone has gone through this. My boy Loki (he's 6) has been living with kidney disease for five years due to genetic kidney dysplasia.

He's been relatively stable for the past four years. Transitioned from stage two to stage three about a year and a half ago. And he got repeat bloodwork two months ago for a dental procedure that showed he's stable.

Today he got more bloodwork done because we went to the vet for a swelling on his lip. The vet diagnosed a rodent ulcer and said it could be a sign of his CKD making his immune system weaker which obviously concerns me.

Anyway we are gonna treat with an antibiotic for now but my vet said she wants to hold off on steroids for now until we get the bloodwork back.

If anyone has any experience with CKD and a rodent ulcer, I would appreciate it!

Thanks a lot!

Edit to day that he's eating well and otherwise seems normal. It's just the very obvious ulcer on his lip.

Hi. I have an appointment tomorrow to address ongoing symptoms and I was just wondering what you guys think I should ask. I don't actually know if what I have is cubital or ulnar or something else but Google searches keep pointing me towards nerve compression.

Symptoms:

This is all happening on my left arm:

On and off elbow pain for months. Icing it usually got rid of it

However, elbow pain got significantly worse about three weeks ago to the point it wouldn't let me sleep hence why I finally made an appointment.

Tingling on fingers and side of the hand.

Twitching on pinky finger and sometimes my thumb.

A tremor on my thumb.

Wrist pain sometimes but not as bad as the elbow.

Shoulder pain sometimes, but again not as bad as the elbow.

I wonder if the wrist and shoulder pains are cause I'm compensating for the now near constant elbow pain.

I don't seem to have trouble gripping stuff or reaching out for stuff. However the pain seems to get worse when I'm typing (I have an office job) or just sitting at a desk doing other tasks. Once I stand up the pain seems to subside a bit.

Anyway any thoughts or insight would be greatly appreciated. I really want my doctor to listen to me...

I'm no stranger to the BFS game. I started having twitched in 2015 after a very rough period of depression in my life. Do that's ten years. It's been going in and off, and most days in fine... I twitch I move on with my life

Well the last month, I've been having some weird symptoms on my left arm. Mostly elbow and wrist pain, which then morphs into difficulty grabbing objects cause it hurts. My thumb and index also get all tingly sometimes. I have an appointment to address this symptoms next week but in the meantime I've been spiraling hard.

And today.. I got a twitch on one of my fingers while I was playing a videogame. Oh boy truly down a rabbit hole now...

Part of me is like you've been twitching for eleven years if you had a big bad then you'd known by now. But the symptoms in the arm is new and they had really thrown a dent into a lot of my own self soothing techniques my
