Any advise on how to remove these tiny plastic fragments around bezel of tv?

I received my TCL QM7K a few days ago and just noticed that these tiny plastic fragments remained on the bottom bezel. Not sure how this happened because the plastic seemed to peel off pretty easily. Any suggestions to remove them? They aren't impacting functionality in any way, it's moreso just an annoyance. Thanks!

Did I make the right choice getting the 55" TCL QM7K? After looking through all of the TV sales going on right now (Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, etc.), it seemed like the best option for my needs.

I just purchased a 55" TCL QM7k from Best Buy for $499. Total was $646, including tax and a 5-year Geek Squad protection warranty ($99).

55" was the largest size I wanted to go with for my space. My couch is 6 feet away from the TV stand, and the entire living room is only 11 feet deep (small 1-bedroom apartment). I am upgrading from a TCL 43S515 (43").

There is a large window directly across from the TV location and another window to the left. I can close the blinds, but some light still comes through the slats. I'm hoping glare won't be too much of an issue.

I considered getting a Hisense TV, but I have firsthand experience with TCL's reliability. My current TCL TV was purchased in 2019 for only $199 and still works perfectly.

I also considered getting a Sony Bravia 7 but cannot justify paying 2x the price.

I'm still within the order cancellation window, so I wanted to get others' thoughts on the QM7K. Was this a good buy, or is there a superior alternative at a similar price point?

Also, is the 5-year Geek Squad warranty worth the $99? I've never opted for the warranty before, but the price seemed reasonable.

The Matrix 4-Film Déjà vu Collection (4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray) is on sale on Amazon for $32.99 (almost 50% off).

I have been waiting to pull the trigger on this set as I couldn't justify $60+. Although I've seen some complaints about it (missing Animatrix, etc.), and many say that the Blu-ray Ultimate Collection (non-4k) is superior for bonus features, this seems like a no-brainer at this price.

[Male 30] I purchased some 5% topical Minoxidil to see if I can get more facial hair. My hairline is mature, and I was wondering if it looks to be receding. Should I apply Minoxidil there as well?

As the title states, I purchased 5% topical Minoxidil to try to get more facial hair. I'm 30 (31 in a few weeks) and have never been able to grow much more than a sparse mustache. I wanted to get others' thoughts on whether or not I should also apply Minoxidil to my hairline. I'm not sure if I just have a mature hairline or the beginning stages of recession. Thanks!

[Project Engineer] [Denver, CO] - $105,000 + Bonus

Salary Progression:

Listed compensation is base salary + profit based bonuses ($1k-7k per year). I had to check using paystubs as I didn't closely track everything for the first few years.

2018 - Started Job as Project Engineer at $55k per year

2019 - $60k

2020 - $65k

2021 - $70k

2022 - $75k

2023 - $92.5k, received multiple raises due to cost of living increase and promotions

2024 - $95k

2025 - $101.5k

2026 - Base salary is $105k, bonuses will likely be approx. $5k.

I'm curious how this salary progression compares to others with a BS in Mechanical Engineering.

I've been with the same company the whole time, and I'm wondering if my salary is vastly different than others who have jumped around for higher conpensation.

Would a used REL T/7i subwoofer be an upgrade to the JBL SUB 550P I currently use?

There is a local listing for a used REL T/7i subwoofer at a decent price, and I'm contemplating buying it as an upgrade to my JBL SUB 550P.

My system is as follows:

-Triangle BR08 speakers

-Hegel HD11 DAC

-Nuforce MCP-18 preamp

-T+A A 1230 amp

-Sony UBP-X1100ES for CD/SACD playback

I'm wondering if the REL would truly be an upgrade given the ~30 Hz (-6dB) bass extension versus ~27 Hz (-3dB) with the JBL.

I would mainly be using the subwoofer for music. Home theater / movies is not my priority. I live in an apartment and never turn it up too loud so I don't annoy my neighbors.

I'm in the market for a used Subaru now that my 2005 Outback is at the end of its life. I have narrowed my search to the 2018 or 2019 Outback 3.6R. Any issues to look out for?

I'm in the market for a used Subaru. My 2005 Outback has 210k miles and the maintenance has started to become cost prohibitive. I have narrowed my search to the 2018 or 2019 Outback 3.6R. Any issues to look out for?

Is the CVT in these model years any more reliable than the 2016? I've heard those had problems if the maintenance schedule wasn't followed carefully.

I originally planned to get a 2014 Outback 3.6R to avoid the CVT, but finding a low mileage example has been difficult. Those that did come up for sale were only a few thousand dollars less than the newer (2018/2019) models.

I plan to narrow my search to vehicles with less than 120k miles and hope to find one with less than 100k.

A few favorites from around my neighborhood (Denver, CO) 2025-2026.

My apartment complex is located in the Denver Tech Center area, and I see some pretty cool cars about once a week. These are a few of my favorites from around the neighborhood within the last year or so. Most were taken within the same few blocks (during my daily walk).
