210 → 145 since March. Reta did the heavy lifting, now tapering off

Started at 210 in March, sitting at 145 now. About 65 down in 6 months.

Honestly the biggest thing for me was not letting the appetite suppression starve me. I forced myself to eat around 1600 a day even when I didn't want food at all. Lifted almost every day and did long runs on the weekends, got to the point where 10Ks on Sunday are just a normal thing now. My watch has my VO2max climbing basically every month, cardio is night and day from where I started.

I stack a couple other peptides but let's be real, reta was the driver here.

Maxed at 5mg, just dropped to 4mg and planning to be fully off by December. Kinda nervous about coming off but I feel like the habits are locked in at this point.

Pics are March vs this week.

Need help with dosing

I'm looking for some help with dosing on a peptide stack I'm considering.

The peptides I'm interested in are:

• NAD+

• SS-31

• Testagen

• Kisspeptin

• Tesamorelin

• Ipamorelin

• MOTS-c

• Reta at 4mg

• 5-AMINO-1MQ

I'm already taking retatrutide at 4 mg and that dose is working well for me, so I don't plan on changing it.

My questions are:

• What's the most effective dose for each of these peptides?

• How often should each one be taken?

• Are there any that shouldn't be stacked together?

• If you've used any of these, what dose gave you the best results?

• Are there any side effects or things I should watch out for?

I'm looking for both research based information and personal experience. Thanks in advance for any advice.

What do you guys think

I recently went ahead and overclocked and undervolted both my CPU and GPU. My GPU is an 9070 XT, and my CPU is the AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D. And thankfully, it has been running completely stable over the past couple of days, especially when I am playing Cyberpunk and Resident Evil Requiem. I’m not sure if you guys have any more suggestions for tweaks I could make or maybe if you’ve found any ways to achieve even better results. (I'm using cachyos)

I'm currently using Cachyos on my OneXPlayer F1 Pro. I'm trying to install SteamOS on it, but I'm having no luck. I've tried a few different versions: 3.9, 3.8, and the default recovery image. Unfortunately, I can't successfully boot into the live environment. Has anyone else tried this, or am I potentially doing something wrong? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Right now, I am currently using a Cachyos handheld device specifically for my OneXplayer F1 Pro. It's been a pretty good experience overall. However, I saw that SteamOS is essentially compatible with any device that has an AMD processor. I attempted to install it on my F1, but unfortunately, I couldn't get it to boot at all into the live environment. I've tried installing versions 3.9, the default recovery image, and even 3.8. Sadly, none of these have been successful, and I don't know if I'm making a mistake or if the F1 just isn't supported. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
