To the Indianapolis player I smoked. I'm sorry buddy

I was playing a 2 days ago teaching my brother how to play since this game differs from WoWs Blitz (I'm a pretty bad teacher ngl but I'm doing my best and we're having fun) and in this clip I wanted the Indianapolis gone and boy did I get my wish. To the player who used this ship, I'm sorry for nuking you in the Hyuga, but thank you for giving me my first ever devstrike in this game and I wish you fair seas with no chances of running into me again (it's for the best and nothing against you)

Welcome to the Fleet SS United States

After 5 days of work on the liner, she has finally entered service and has replaced my Trumpeter 1/700 USS South Dakota as flagship of my model fleet. She carries the soul of the ship and will continue to serve as flagship for years to come as my fleet expands

Work has concluded

The big girl is done as far as assembly and painting goes. Her funnel deck houses and aft deckhouse remain removable for maintenance, ballasting, and easy transportation since she won't take up much space. I could've gone much harder with painting this ship but I've reached a result I'm very happy with. Next comes clear coating and adding strategic ballast so she can conquer the waves. As for the first image I tried to get as close to resembling the box art silhouette as possible.

Name plates and decking

Another post regarding the floating model I'm building out of the Revell kit. Work has been smooth since it was my day off and here's the results. Not really perfect yet and I did glue down the sun deck parts because they would be a pain in the ass to deal with later on. I also made the decision to not glue down the upper deck housing as I'd like to have continued access to her interior for maintenance purposes. I also apologize if these updates are taking up space in the subreddit.

SS United States build so far

Update from my previous post with the ship in hand. These pictures are documenting the process of me building the liner. So far she's sitting dry fitted together as I have to work today. I also did a funny and SS Italis'd her since nothing is fully attached yet

Nabbed a beauty

I was on an ebay auction last night for the Revell SS United States going for a starting bid of $89 and won her for said $89 since nobody else bid in the last ten seconds. The big question is if I want to paint her in her career livery, which is beautiful but over hyped in my opinion. Or I could do her in her Penn Warehousing livery and yes I know it's just her default livery but rotted but it's still a valid livery because it gives her a distinct appearance that I find has a bit of charm, especially when she was under tow. She's also going to be a floating model, soon to become the fifth ship in my fleet and my second ocean liner build. I'll post an update when she arrives.

Ballasting Question

I'm trying to ballast the Academy 1/700 USS Yorktown to float without a detachable keel(this applies to any future carriers I may build). I've already removed as much plastic as possible without compromising her structure, finished making her watertight and now is the ballasting phase. I'm using coins because I have an abundance of those, so any tips for positioning and what coins to use where would be very helpful

First Twinkle Star Climax win

My first Twinkle Star Climax win using the sweetest uma on earth, Rice Shower. At first I wanted her only because of her sweet sounding voice but her dialogue, especially how she refers to the trainer (aka the player, aka me in this instance) as "big brother" (irl I have a brother one year younger than me, so to be called big brother again helped motivate me).

It wasn't easy, I had to fight tooth and nail to ensure her mood stayed at "GREAT" because anything lower than that was unacceptable. She believed in me as I did in her and deserves all the praise for her hard work.

My first Shuttle Shirt

Was at the Space Shop near Kennedy space center and it was a choice between an Artemis 2 shirt and this (the pictures show which one won out). I also got myself a smol shuttle that I named *Explorer* (mostly has to do with 2013 *Gravity*)

Shuttle by Vectaverse on YT

Main build

Modified for older devices

I tried to follow the tutorial for the space shuttle by Vectaverse as faithfully as possible to make sure that nothing was left out although the only thing that's not original the main build is the rcs I put into the external tank to control any rolling that may occur(crashed my phone a few times while testing everything to make sure the staging was correct) and after finishing the shuttle I then made a modified version for older devices.
